Such a bad experience. Visited hospital for an emergency case ( got a wound inside the eye of my father), the staff were like stay in a queue... When token comes will call you... Is this the bhvr that the mgt are teaching yourr staff... The case was really an emergency situation.... His eyes was bleeding nd none of the staff took care of himm.... The staffs were behaving above doctors... Atleast try to teach your staffs a good behvr... Not a barking behvr....I would seriously never recommend any of my family or friends to visit your hospitalnot a revisit to your hospital....

Behavior of some staffs was not professional. Witnessed some staffs arguing/shouting to innocent patients or their bystanders. They think they are giving treatment as free of cost. One full day is required for appointment. They don't value the patients time. No sufficient toilet available. Only 1 toilets for 300 and more footfalls. Cleanlines is not upto the mark. No sufficient seating arrangement.

I had very bad behavior from the Doctor. Some people there are arrogant doctors. They don't know how to treat even elderly people

Busy but cheap and good treatment. You can consult with just Rs50. Staffs are rude but Dr. Sreeni(chief doctor) is very polite and understanding, you can expect an appointment with him in 3-4 months after booking the token.

The Hospital is situated on the top floor of city centre complex. This is opposite to the Co. Operative hospital Thalassery. Bustop is near the complex. There is parking available infront. I visited here for my Uvietis treatment . Already booked a week before to get an appointment with Retina specialist. The receptionist told me arrive at 8 o clock in the morning. I reached on time. There were queue outside the hospital building. The reception team has no idea of managing crowd. Even if you book an appointment prior your visit, you have to wait in long queue to check refraction attleast 2-3 hours. Then again an hour to consult the doctor followed by the dialation which is 2 hours. I was able to returned home after 3. 30pm only. Total 7 hours The Pro's are fee is minimum ( 60 rupees) Doctors are good The treatment was good. Easy access Con's One full day is required for appointment. They don't value the patients time. To put eye drops for testing I waited for two hrs with my Son (by stander). Finally I came out of the hospital without doing the eye test.

Good good facilities doctors are ok but staffs are bad

One of the worst experience. In 2022, you dont have online booking or call booking and make old age people to wait for hours without proper arrangement. I called to ask about appointments and got a reply to come in person to take op ticket, i drive 30 kms and reached and by that time token was over, if they mentioned about this in call i could have saved my 2 hours ans 60 km to and fro of travel. What i saw there was a night mare, more than 50 people were sitting here and there and a so called receptionist who handle the token and booking was so irresponsible and un fiendly. Let me tell you this to management: Whatever good doctors you bring will never change anything, unless you care for the people and how you treat your patients. Thats far more important than anything. I then decided to go to al salama kannur and was a breeze of experience. Ps: Time is valuable, try to understand the value of time of others.
