I have joined gym since 1y.. But on recent days, after the training given by Rama mam helped to lose weight easily and effectively. Having proper healthy diet with her assistance makes you even stronger, healthier and probably fit in all aspects. The weight loss journey firsts starts with a inch loss and gain muscle mass.. I have joined gym since a year and from Jan 2023 within a span of 18 days I have seen many changes in weight and also have shredded many inches at a start. It is absolutely necessary in planning a diet according to the weight. It was possible losing weight after joining here with proper diet which was planned by our coach. Consistent workout given by coach adds up for the weight loss.. Equipments are in good condition. Ladies time makes us more comfortable.. let's get fit together...

Equipments are good enough for normal daily fitness training. Admin and their team are very cooperative and friendly. It is worth working out here.
