The washrooms are not good. Staff service is also not good. If you ask them for basic things like drinking water or bathing soap they will ask you to take it by yourself from any of the floor in the hotel.

Hotel people have no ethical values. I came here to have my surgery and booked for two days. The first day I have done with my surgery and came back to room. Second day morning they came and asked to vacate the room as some marriage is going at their hotel. I told them I booked it for two days. The staff behaved in very rude and in professional manner which leads me to vacate the room though I have done with surgery just a day before. Services are also poor. I humbly request people don't get cheated like me

Worst experience, booked room thought OYO, hotel denied check in , after OYO Customer care conversation, they said they will refund the amount but they didn't refunded the amount. Hotel reception staff refused to talk with OYO customer care and their behavior like bandit and asking 1300 INR. Room is very poor, cockroaches in Bed, washroom specially in Night Big Black coloured Cockroaches can anytime enter in your mattress and in pillow, AC light is working rest cooling and fun are rumors. Food not available in this hotel which make this hotel more worst. For family this hotel is like Jail and for Couples worst experience than ever. Go to any other OYO hotel , don't never ever think to Book this hotel. May your all mood, money, quality time get converted into frustration. Think wisely and don't book this hotel.

Worst experience ever.. 1. Hotel owner asked me to cancel the booking with oyo and shall give me 50Rs discount to stay when I reached there 2. Forced me to order foods that I don't need. 3. AC was not working at all, no cooling at all and no revert when complained. 4. Towels were old and dirty 5. Door lock was not working and when asked, they say "camera h kuch nahi hoga" 6. Receptionist was the rudest person ever, doesn't respond, answers arrogantly. 7. We were not given oyo kit(soap and handwash, etc) 8. No geyser in wash room Furthermore, they cancelled my booking with oyo when I denied to cancel it What's the point when nothing is in line with customer's requirements! Doesn't even deserve 1star, worst stay experience!

Not so great hotel. Two friends run this hotel. There was never food in kitchen when you seek to order any. Food quality was average or below average. They don't bother to change sheets and soap on day to day basis. Staff service was little terrible. From Oyo app, discount was appreciable on accomodations. But still service can be improved.

The worst experience of my life. The manager doesn't even respond to calls. Bad water. No hot water. The beds r not neatly made. The manager doesn't even have the courtesy to tell that the tenure is over, when I wanted to extend it. He just kept my belongings out without even asking me. Nonsense.

Complete Cheat.No value if you book through Make My trip app. I booked the hotel for 1 day at 1133rs. went in the hotel and the receptionist said your booking is not comfirmed as we do not have rooms. There will people checking out stull he said there were no rooms. Later he asked me for 1500rs. to give the room. Complete Robbery is going on. I hooe the maanagement fires such pathetic Employees.
