Room was good but lack of maintenance. Rooms needs to be properly cleaned, when we entered the room it was so stinky... and there are so many stains on the walls and TV is not working as well. Otherwise location wise room is good and peaceful Do work on the feedback

I suggest you please don't go there that place is unsafe for couple. Every staff members are drunk including night manager and also kitchen staff. And some out side boys also came and they are drunk and shouting. We don't know who but middle of the night (2:30 am) we hear 3 , 4 times someone knocking our door. I went to manager at 9:30 pm and asked why u guys are shouting and everyone drunk I'll not come here again he said don't come. And room is uncleaned smell like it's been not cleaning more than months bedsheet floor and wall are moisture full of cockroach in the room.

My recent experience at Collection O Mancheswar Industrial Estate was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was greeted with a series of disappointments and discomforts that made my stay unbearable. First and foremost, the condition of the room was appalling. The bed, mattress, and pillows were all in deplorable shape, leaving me with a restless and uncomfortable night's sleep. The room itself was far from the clean, well-kept space depicted in the hotel's promotional images. Instead, it was a dingy and grimy environment that made me question the cleanliness standards of the establishment. The stench in both the room and the washroom was overwhelming. It was clear that the cleaning staff had not done their job properly, and the lingering odors were a testament to that. This made my stay extremely unpleasant and far from the relaxing experience I had hoped for. Adding to my woes, the air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly. Despite notifying the staff, no action was taken to resolve the issue, leaving me to endure the discomfort of a hot and stuffy room. The behavior of the staff was another major letdown. Their attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of offering assistance or attempting to rectify the issues, they seemed indifferent to my complaints, further exacerbating my frustration. To top it all off, the presence of cockroaches in the room was the final straw. This not only posed a hygiene risk but also highlighted the lack of proper maintenance and pest control in the hotel. Furthermore, the proximity of the hotel to a nearby railway station meant that I had to endure the constant noise of passing trains throughout the night, which further disrupted my sleep and added to my discomfort. In conclusion, my stay at Collection O Mancheswar Industrial Estate was a complete disaster. The condition of the room, the uncleanliness, the non-functioning amenities, the rude staff, and the presence of cockroaches all contributed to a nightmarish experience. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel and caution others to avoid it at all costs. It is, in my opinion, a fraudulent representation of the accommodations it claims to offer.

Room is ok ok not that good. But the food is hoorrible. The chicken biryani cost is 180 and i got a insects in the biriyani and The worst Biryani I ever eat in my life tasteless no falvour nothing burnt Chicken piece...

Room quality is worse and service is worst. Don't book this hotel. Out side of hotel and reception looks great. But once you check in the room was very pathetic. Like railways stations name and slung are written on the walls and bed. Food quality also bad. They also allocate room without checking whether it is cleaned or not. I got this type of room without cleaned, PFA. After complaining they allocate another room where 2 separate beds are there. TV is also no working. Bathroom smells bad after cleaning.

The service was very very bad the room toilet is broken the blankets were not cleaned at all very bad as very dirty there breakfast got overed at 10:30 AM they doesn't even allow outside food in the hotel if there is no food available.. The kitchen service boys are very rude and their behaviour was very bad the worst hotel ever we were came for Dusshera vacation from UP but the worst hotel ever in bhubaneswar. We asked water bottle and they didn't send us that also we have to call them again 2 times then they gave us water after 10mins. we have ordered dinner once the food was very bad in taste in the fried rice the eggs and prawns was smelling very bad. Do not visit this hotel for any kind of vacation they will spoil your mood by there service and behaviour. Money wasted.

The worst hotel i have ever visited. 1: It had said 24 hrs check in but that is not true at all. 2: The hotel's condition is worse than ever. The entry to the hotel road is the worst. 3: the hotel is beside the railway track for which one will not be able to get a peaceful sleep at night 4: The staff's behaviour of the hotel is the worst and rude. If you try to call them for water they will come after 1/2 hr to 1 hr. When called for cleaning they didn't came also. 5: the bedsheet, balnket, pillow everything was not cleaned and lots of dirt was there. 6: lots of cockroaches was inside the room. 7. Tv , geyser, light nothing was working. Overall a worst hotel ever.. i will suggest no one to come over to this property and get the nightmare or skin allergies due to unsanitisation. I request everyone plz get a proper hotel after reading the reviews otherwise you will regret this.

They don't provide bills. Room are not cleaned , bathroom is full of cockroaches and coming bad smell. Never trust this property. They are unethical.
