You will be welcomed with some guys doing smoking in the reception. The service was pathetic, the rooms floor was having hairs and unnecessary stuff,the bed sheet was not clean and the towel was not even washed. You have to ask the service boy again and again for every little stuff. And they don't have their own parking.

Very poorly maintained hotel. Booked hotel for 4 days by looking at photos. We had 2 bags and room was given on 3 floor. Lift was not working. We went to the room and the rooms were very dirty. The locks are loose. No cleaning. The floor was sticky. And the bedsheet was not changed. The bedsheet was was of previous people. The bathrooms were worse then public toilet. Cannot go as a family at all. The washroom stunks like anything and hasnt been cleaned from past many months. Worse then public washroom. Went many times to the reception but they were indifferent. Next morning shifted to other hotel. NOT AT ALL A FAMILY HOTEL. IF YOU WANT TO BOOK FIRST SEE THE ROOM THEN ONLY BOOK. DONT BELIEVE THE PICTURES.

No.Staff was very stupid type. Family not safe there and hotal atmosphere was very bad. I don't safe feel there . Hotal staff was not helpful. nI am not suggest this hotal to any others. nA one complaint to Booking.com you are not help to me ii complaint to hotal when I was there. Hotal receptionist was not given me room he tell me hotal was full. But any how i stay there then he has not given me Breakfast. My breakfast also included with room fare.nSo I am not satisfied to hotal and lightly complaint to Booking.com also.nThanks nAmit

There were no cleanliness & Sanitization in the room. Earlier I was provided room no 301 which was messed up after complaining the same they have provided room no 304 in which again the washroom was unhygienic and pathetic. There were no telecom service in my room due to which I need to use my personal no for room service. Food was also not upto thr mark. I don't understand how oyo are empaneling these hotel with them. Due to their bad services oyo is also getting impacted. Please look forward to improve the same.

Hotel demanded extra 500 rs to stay. Also forced to check out early. No extra stuff like soap, body wash provided. Landline was dead. Very bad service. Uninstalling Oyo app. Will never use it iagain.

Very bad experience. Dirty room and toilet. Smoking smell everywhere. Dirty dustbin outside of rooms. TV, AC, Phone nothing was working. No soap, towel hot water. No room service. Went to reception for every small small things, but no issue resolved. Only one answer from receptionist, it's pending due to maintenance.

Nice room with 1 socket near the bed. You can find water accumulated near the bathroom floor all the time. No soap or handwash is provided by the hotel.

there is leakage in AC, all time water is dropping and they put bucket there, AC water was all over the floor, bathroom was very dirty , bathroom tiles was very dirty and i haven't taken bath there. furnitures were broken, wall was full of seepage. room was very untidy, never expected from OYO that they provide this kind of room
