The room was very old and did not even have working locks. The bathroom door had a big hole in it. The elevator was not working. The AC was too small for the room. The whole room was filled with naphthalene balls. The noise proofing was bad. You could hear everything from the other rooms. Overpriced for the quality of room delivered. Overall- horrible experience.

It was a shocker as I never expected this place to be so pathetic. The rooms are located on the 3rd and 4th floors and the lift seems broken for several months. The hotel doesn't arrange for anyone to help with the luggage ( I didn't have any but others suffered). Most times, the reception has no one. You will be lucky if you notice the paper carrying a phone number and call that number and someone turns up. They don't give you towels. Let alone brush or grooming kit, they do not have arrangement for soap for the toilet even. It was a horrible experience for me. The only good thing is the location.

Could not give negatives so selected one star. I booked a room through Agoda but regretted the stay I had. There was a person at the reception who checked me in and only gave the direction with a key. The room was full of cockroaches everywhere, the bed had yellow stains as if someone just peed on it, pathetic! AC was gushing air as if it was a fan, no cool air. I complained so I got another room just in front. Nothing changed, cockroaches were present to greet, the bed was fine with different color stains. AC was as it was in the previous room. They had a brief power outage and had no backup, so had to stay in the darkness around midnight. Morning started with drilling work downstairs but checked out immediately. I couldn't have bear one more day with drilling sound of high decibel and that unhygienic hospitality. The hotel could not be found from the outside, so I had to climb 3 floors to see the reception. It was an unforgettable stay and I would not dare to book here again, and will also not book anything through Agoda.

I highly recommend this hotel for both family and couples. It's located in a busy street, but still it has ambient parking space. The service is also high class with the staff knowing good English (if you are not from around Tamil Nadu).

The worst experience of my life. The receptionist, so called the manager was so rude and rejected my stay as claimed she is the sole owner of the property (purasawalkam O76917) and she decides who stay. I booked through Oyo and made a wrong choice. I had a marriage function to attend and wasted couple of hours at the reception bay. For viewers: Be careful if you are booking through Oyo, they don't respect you !!

very worsted hotel i ever seen. even front of staff asking extra amount for room upto 500 otherwise we don't give room...ac not working properly..am not given any Star. there is have zero star option means i will give that but no option then only I give one start...very worste Very worste verye very poor

The service is not that great in the restaurant. You need to wait for a while and the options are also very limited. The rooms of the hotel are good for the price. However, they charge water bottles at Rs5/- extra than the MRP, which is against the SC law (Service charge can't be levied on water bottles). Also, you need to pay by cash whenever they deliver bottles. The hotel isn't wheelchair accessible either. There are stairs to the lift and no way around it.

Room was good but bed and pillows dirty and yellow wise. Bathroom amenities very bad. No ventilation for all rooms. Not good room service. Breakfast very very worst. Poor quantity serve. Tea or coffee not provide. How breakfast without tea or coffee? Not worth of money
