If you want to make your family uncomfortable and stay at not so clean place then this can be your choice and prepare your family for this experience also. The bathroom was not clean. Towel and toiletries were not provided. Excuses were so laughable that we were embarrassed that we even bothered to complain. I asked for two bottles of water for which I had to give money at the same time. They couldn't wait for the money till checkout but I was asked to collect the change at the checkout as they didn't have any. My wife was angry with me for choosing this hotel. So if you don't want to be devil's advocate then please avoid this.

We were in the city for sightseeing and to visit the famous temple. The rooms were old, eerie-looking with huge black musty stains on walls. The TVs didn't work. The washroom had yellow stains of pee all over. We had to take bath in ice cold water before visiting the temple because the hot weather was said to be available only after 8:30. The telephone was not working, only way to connect to the reception was in person. Pathetic beds with stained bedsheets. Even a basic soap is not in the bathroom. The door didn't even lock for one of our rooms, so we had to soley rely on a flimsy latch, but later into the night, us as women no longer felt safe staying into that room, so all of us had to adjust in one room when we had booked others too for a comfortable nights sleep. We booked the rooms prior online, big mistake. The worst part is that the manager had the audacity to tell a group of adults to go to their respective rooms around 11 or he'll ask us to check out. I understand we were all talking and the room walls being flimsy barely held up the slightest noise. So we barely talked after 11 but him demanding that we go back to our rooms (we were a group of 7 adults so we had 3 rooms booked) was another level of micro-monitoring like a hostel warden. Most of us didn't sleep for a minute all night due to the discomfort and disturbing attitude of the staff had caused inspite of having travelled so much all day. Didn't want to create a scene that late into the night and it was just one night so we tried our best to get through it or we know the law enforcement part pretty well, being into the field. Oyo better take these complaints seriously and inspect the behaviour of the staff and the site thoroughly.

Pros: Location is very good. Cons: 1.No water heater and hot water is available only after 8.30 pm as per the info from the reception. 2. No Telephone ( as cable got disconnected) and you have to reach them only by getting into reception in person as I was staying in 2nd floor. 3. Pathetic Bed with Bedsheet ( Neither it was washed nor it was given for laundry for a min. of 2 to 3 weeks) 4. No remote for AC as they said it is not availble. 5. No TV and it was not working as per the Room boy explanation. 6. Even a basic soap is not in the Bathroom. Overall, if Oyo is serious about this survey and customer relationship, visit this site in person in a neutral manner and validate the Reality. I am sure I will not choose this property nor to refer in my org. when they visit pune on official visit.

The rooms stink. They are not clean. Bathrooms were gross and cockroaches were everywhere. Poor hygiene of the rooms with old filthy mattresses stacked almost to the ceiling. Place is horrendous and disgusting. Not at all recommended.

Place for club members only. Different venues for food and bar inside the club. Decent staff. Good food. Especially non veg chicken and fish. Fish was awesome. Mutton is little bit chewy. Variety in bar menu. Desert were also good. Ample parking inside the club.

It was the worst decision ever . Bathroom and rooms stinky. AC geyser TV Intercom not working at all. Very filthy dirty soiled linens and unhygienic stay. Chaos at check-in. Rude and ill-mannered staff. Drinking water isn't free. No toiletries provided. Jets flush taps showers not working properly. Its waste of time, money and energy. Poor lights whole time the room is dull and dim. Very bad staff focusing only to cancel online bookings and earn money offline. 3 families along with us faced same issue. Nothing is as per shown in picture.

Absolutely disgusting stay at this hotel. We stayed here 3 nights and they made us change the room thrice during this stay. Bedbugs & cockroaches everywhere. Wifi not working, ACs not working, ALL exhaust fans not working, Water shortage, stinking rooms and uncleaned washrooms (their washroom reminds u of typical Indian public toilet) & kitchen unavailable. For room service they should have minus (-) stars as the staff was unwilling to serve it's guests.

I had a highly disappointing experience with OYO. I booked a hotel over the phone with an OYO representative and made a full payment upfront. However, upon reaching Pune and preparing to check-in, I received a message stating that my booking had been canceled due to unavoidable circumstances. This lack of transparency was a complete shocker. Afterwards, I was offered an upgrade to the Capital Span Executive hotel. When I called the manager, he rudely informed me that there were no vacant rooms and the hotel was overbooked. I was left waiting on the road with my luggage and had to contact OYO's service team, which took 45 minutes to resolve the issue. Upon finally arriving at the hotel, I found that not even 50% of the rooms were occupied, contradicting the manager's claims. To make matters worse, the rooms lacked basic amenities such as a TV and geyser. They provided me with an obsolete heater to heat the water, and the washroom was initially dirty. Despite complaining twice, it was only cleaned after some time. The lighting in the room was dim, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere, even after switching on all the available yellow lights. The weak Wi-Fi connectivity made it impossible to work properly, forcing me to rely on my personal hotspot throughout my stay. I highly advise avoiding OYO services at all costs, as you can find decent quality hotels with air-conditioned rooms around Shivaji Nagar at the same price.
