I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Excellent Homes, and I must say it was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. From start to finish, this hotel fell far short of even the most basic expectations. Upon arrival, I was met with a lackluster welcome from the front desk staff. They seemed disinterested and unhelpful, providing minimal information about the hotel's amenities and services. The check-in process itself was slow and inefficient, leaving me frustrated after a long journey. The room I was assigned was nothing short of a disappointment. The outdated decor and worn-out furniture gave the impression that the hotel hadn't been renovated in decades. The carpets were stained, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The bathroom was equally unsatisfactory, with moldy grout and a persistent musty odor. To make matters worse, the noise level in the hotel was unbearable. Thin walls allowed every sound from neighboring rooms and the hallway to filter through, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. It felt like there was no consideration for the comfort of guests whatsoever. The dining experience at Excellent Homes was equally underwhelming. The breakfast buffet lacked variety and freshness, and the service was incredibly slow. It seemed like the staff was overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the number of guests. In terms of customer service, the staff at Excellent Homes continued to disappoint. Requests for simple amenities were met with delays and excuses, and the overall attitude of the staff was indifferent at best. It was evident that guest satisfaction was not a priority for them. I can confidently say that I will never be returning to Excellent Homes and would strongly advise others to steer clear as well. For the price paid, the level of comfort, cleanliness, and overall experience were shockingly subpar. There are far better options available in the area that offer value for money and genuinely care about their guests' experiences.

Great place to stay in Pune with your friends and family.

Property Awesome, Rooms- to the name excellent. Food Dinner - you will not miss home. Breakfast - you don't want to have it. Service is just great. This home away from home is located deep inside residential socity so commute in and out sometime is challenging. Overall excellent experience.

Good place for stay. Good rooms with all the facilities and my room had good view. Homely meals available at reasonable prices. Staff very cordial and cooperative.

Hotel is good, food are home made. Aniruddha is very corporative. Only request in evening we can get a cup of tea also. Ola & online food are also available over there. Overall I feel safe & happy So I recommend to visit once. Servicing boys talk very politely. Regards, Sushant kumar Panigrahi.

Good ambience, clean rooms, good service. Homely food

I just love this hotel must stay with family & friends. Most good this about this hotel is it's surrounded by greenery. & there is a beautiful garden on the terrace with most beautiful plants. Peaceful place.

Great place in Baner in a beautiful locality. Rooms are big and spacious. Clean and spacious bathrooms. View from balcony was beautiful. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The food options were a bit costly. Although you can walk for 5-10 minutes to get better dining options or you could just order online. Definitely would recommend this place to people visiting Pune.
