The nearby area of the hotel was good, staff was well behaved but it lacked in many basic facilities. The room which was provided earlier was very small and on complainting to Goibibo about this it was later upgraded. But still it didn't had proper WiFi, also the room was not properly cleaned. The washrooms were not in very good condition and also there were no night lamps in the room
Room was good and comfortable with a nice street view. Staff also very helpful. A good restaurant is there to save searching for dinner.
Its a bit old hotel and even though the rooms are renovated the cleanliness is bit less when compared other oyo's the standard should be better as it is a premium one.. and with the same cost we can get more sophistacted but , The plus points are 1.it located near cloack tower so traveli g is very easy 2.Food is very good Mirchi Restaurent
Not good hotel to stay... Breakfast is 2idly limited that too came at 9:30am.... Doors are not secured anybody can enter in your room.... Door locks including bathroom door lock are not good.... Restaurant food is worst... Tv dth not working always no signal issues.... Don't stay here.. Look for another
No courtesy shown to customers and all you see is they laughing at your troubles. I have been travelling a lot and this is the first time i have seen such a behaviour shown by the front desk staff. Avoid this lousy place.
Rooms are good and clean for the price charged. Everything works as advertised. However they fo nit allow any flexibility in early check in
Bad experience. Hotel is full of BED BUGS, forget about sleep. Bathroom is leaking, toilet flush doesn't flush properly.
Very poor services, ac and wifi doesn't work properly, hotel is dirty and unhygienic. Not recommended.
