Worst Hotel. No room service, Rooms are not at all clean. Even a slum has cleaner rooms than this hotel. No drinking water available. The the night staff was pretty arrogant. You have to order food from outside as they don't have any kitchen. And if you order food they don't even have any cutlery for guests to have food. I had a pretty hard time staying here. The ambience & feel also isn't good. WiFi was working but speed was such that I couldn't send a WhatsApp message. I don't understand why Oyo has it under them.

Theft, irresponsible behaviour of the staff, and a complete lack of coordination. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I was traveling with my 1.5 year toddler. Toddlers need a snack or two at unearthly hours. I had four bananas kept in the room for this emergency. While we were away sightseeing Hyderabad, the room cleaning staff made away with bananas. The reception when notified, did arrange for a replacement around 10:30 PM. That one star is only for this move. But not expected from Oyo. The restaurant and the property is not commercially connected. Both bill you separately. Restaurant is Pay as you finish eating. The restaurant service staff is not only inattentive but lacks hygiene and basic manners. The service staff was handling the spoon from the spoon end and distributing onto the guest plates. The hotel lobby and reception staff late nights is hopeless. I was already carrying a heavy back while returning to my room, the reception staff, loaded the same bag with two water bottles and asked to carry them to my room. The room service staff are such an imbeciles, that they take over the guest elevator completely in the mornings and don't let any guests enter the elevator till their work is not over. I stayed a total 6 days in two parts. No hot water for 5 mornings. Had to do with chilled water. It was only on the day I was checking out, that the water was bearable. Avoid this property until the concerned people don't take corrective actions against the young and irresponsible staff and the technicalities. Oyo and the property manager is responsible.

I had booked this hotel through OYO and was disppointed with the experience. Firstly the rooms and bathrooms are not as clean as they appear in the pics. Hotel has problem with the supply of Hot water. And when I raised this issue with OYO, they simply left it to the property manager and the customer to sort out the issue. Even OYO in their race to expand have compromised on the quality and are on boarding property which are not even worth.

We really had a good stay for 3 days. Complimentary breakfast was available. And hotel was also there , we can order there itself which was so convinient. Room cleaning was done everyday. The people were so welcoming.

Absolutely the worst hotel ever. The rooms were in pathetic condition. Our room was not clean for 2 days. Sheets were not changed. They didn't have towels and pillow covers. The hotel has 7 rooms with power problem for over three rooms, OYO is supposed to fix it as it's a OYO property. Despite making several complaints no action has been taken by OYO and guest are expected to adjust in the room with power cuts. The hotel doesn't have a kitchen, which means it makes no sense to book rooms with breakfast included. As nothing will be served to you. I had to broom the room myself!! That's what I paid for, to travel to a different city and pay to clean a hotel room!!!! It's horrible. Please donot book this hotel.

As a hotel for stay it was fine bed was comfortable. But what use if it is not clean. We booked it for 7 days. Had called them so many times! Took my just operated mom from Yashoda hospital to there.<br/>Restaurant food was really good. Even staff of the restaurant. Worst was reception. They didnot provide normal drinking water even, the hot water asked had smell of onion and bad smell. Call the reception thrice. 4hrs after one 500 ml bottle. Worst oyo experience.<br/>Very dirty bathroom. Later on third day they changed the covers. <br/>Had spider bites and bugs. Got hand covered with infection.

Rooms are ok but room service was pathetic experience. Good lounge seating area, expensive food, neutral amenities; complementary breakfast not provided and I've requested for room service but no one showed up till my check out. Only good thing I've experienced is good reception staff.

The booking person made a mistake and filled in saying two adults are staying instead of one. They also said in their hotel single ladies are not given accommodation. Is it not a discrimination?. We women also work for a living and are also travelling. Very unreasonable staff. Will never recommend to anybody
