Nice affordable place. Good for beach going people. Centrally located in proximity to the Calangute beach as well as shopping and eating places on the ground floor. Despite that, it's a serene and quiet neighborhood, which assures you a good night's sleep. Rooms are spacious and have balconies to sit and relax. Toilet/Bathrooms are clean, which is what I look for in a hotel. Overall good value for your money.
Lift not working. Although staff carried luggage but one cannot walk 3 floors when it's mentioned on oyo app that lift is available. The towels and bathroom were not clean. They must change towels now. it's too old. and use some room/bathroom freshener. It had balcony which is a plus point. The telephone was not working. Getting cross connection calls in midnight, morning, all the time.
Worst experience ever. The receptionist attitude is very bad. I booked for my family but unfortunately i mentioned number of guest wrongly. They didn't allow me to check in. I told them that I will pay whatever extra but they don't care about your problems. They don't care if you stay their or go somewhere else. They told me to contact OYO if i have any problem. I never saw such attitude in hotel industry. Its like they are giving charity to us. Never recommend to anyone else. 4 hours of my vacation waisted in resolving a small issue. Fortunately OYO give me cancellation for my booking. This must have resolved very reasonably in other hotels.
Not good ...I recommend not to book this 1) the pool is indoor and open only 9am -7pm I mean who will stay in room in day time ...just to enjoy small indoor pool. 2) bit expensive ...you will find much better deal near to beach ...and this is far away from the beach. 3) complementary breakfast was only bread butter jam tea and Poha and the quality was also not good 4) the restaurant will take time to deliver your order ..and prices were high as per the quality.
My experience was very bad, coming to the points :Door locks were not working, if you are inside the room and washroom only your luck can save you. I was stuck in washroom bcoz door was locked and I spent more than an hour in the washroom @night 1am . I'm sharing some pics of cockroaches on the bed from that you can find hygiene level. Breakfast was so pathetic. Hotel staff were trying there level best to help but even they cant hide management's flaws. Highly not recommended.

A great place to stay and enjoy ur vacation... It has an indoor swimming pool with an in-house kitchen facility. The beach is 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel... The staff is delight with oyo taking over management the place has been upgraded to meet standards set by other hotels.
Location is good, staff is very supportive with good manner and provides good service as well, food was not too good. Our rooms are at the second floor and its clean and good to stay at second floor. Specially thanks to Abdul bhai he is very supportive.
