Stayed here for a night with family during our trip to MP. This is the exact address of the place Hotel Sharda, 34, Nai Sadak, Sathe Ki Goth, Lashkar, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh 474001 It's on the main nai sadak the family room for 4 adults cost us from 1200 initially they were asking for 1400. The hotel owner was very good and cooperative and got the room cleaned as we asked we were not happy with the bedsheet and pillow cover so he provided the new one and got it changed. You find bisleri or aquafina water bottles They serve local water bottles and you have to pay for it otherwise you will get RO water in Jug. The lift was not working properly so we had to walk up to the 2nd floor. There were people who were making noise late at night. Also, in the washroom there were no toiletries and towels were given to us. You have to make the payment in advance if you are staying with family or kids please look for a better hotel. There were no eating places nearby so you had to order the food. There is no car parking so you have to park on the road at your own risk and when shops open you have to remove your vehicle in our we stayed only for a night so parked our car in front of a shop and removed in the morning.

When I was checking in, The person on reception asked me for the amount at which the room was booked then, I was given a small room which was not in the photos showed by the hotel. It was not clean, Room and bathroom were dirty. I requested to change the room but I was first denied to change the room and was told that the room was bigger then other rooms and they have cleaned and sanitized it recently, I continuously asked for a different room, After almost an hour later a different staff member changed the room, The second room was bigger and cleaner than previous one. Bathroom was dirty but still cleaner then the previous one.

the hotel oyo 18651 sharda asked me for extra cash rather than booking amount and staying there for 2 hours he did not even cancel the booking from his side and the hotel manager dont have guts to pic up the customer care phone.i was gonna case on him in district court. the visiters please confirm your booking on call before visiting the hotel and becareful about the fraud they do on spot with oyo booking customer and booking.com .

I have booked this hotel for 2 days. They allotted me a dirty room because of late check in. My check-in date was 25th of June to 27th of June 2019. & i have already informed to the hotel proprietor regarding my late check in. Then also they didn't reserved the room. Just for extra money they sold the room.. Im the when i returned back to hotel.then also they have not shifted my room. Then again i have to request them 2 to 3 times. Then they provided me a room which is on terrace. In that room there is no connection for TV. (No set top box) After that i asked them to give me the towel and oyo kit. Then also they replied me that all the towels are went for cleaning in the morning you will get.

first view was not good as washroom were dirty .. there were no water availability fr the first hour of visit ... there was electricity issue for more than 10 hours ...as well there was no remote for TV and setup box remote was broken .. staff hospitality should be made better after this everything was good ..there was peace in hotel .. but rooms and washroom should made more cleaned it's was good as there was no disturbances.. no issue in check in n check out

first i was offered a smaller room, which is not even showed in the photos, then when i requested to change the room i was continuously denied to change the room at first, then when they changed the room, it was bigger but cleanliness was not a priority again.

Its in a congested place. Looks more like a SHADY HOTEL. Couples keep thronging throughout the day. Rooms are uncleaned, dirty washrooms, in some rooms, even the toilet seat cover is broken. No ventilation at all.

Hello everyone never book this hotel the room was very small and untidy washroom ,bedsheet and all the stuff in the room is either dirty or broked.. Toilet was chocked and Ac is also not working properly.
