Service was very good. But I must say this is no where comparable to a OYO flagship. Poor maintenance, the rooms are not cleaned properly and we had to deal with mosquitoes during night. Breakfast was pathetic and you can't imagine the ambience. Don't fall for the OYO flagship tag and the cheap prices. Definitely wouldn't recommend for a family.

Worst place to stay. Stinky bathrooms, insect infected mattress. I couldn't sleep the whole night and had to vacate to find a new hotel in the morning because it was poorly maintained. There are two buildings within the complex I don't know whether the building where the reception is better but the adjacent building is pathetic. They had their pet cats littering outside my room. I have attached photos of my stay. Dont book this place unless you are desperate. The guys at the reception were rude and did not once apologize for my bad experience. They questioned me for expecting a good service paying 900rs a day. They also had the audacity to say if I publish the photos online they will disown it by saying it is not their property. I did not expect a five star service but a liveable condition and I will never recommend this place to anyone. Check the photos to decide yourself.

Room was good. But service was a bit delayed one. Not very expensive. Complementary breakfast was given. But water was a problem. One has to ask for it repeatedly. Its very close to NIOT, Chennai. So those who are traveling for any work in NIOT(National Institute of Ocean Technology) and want to stay outside, its a good place to be. Market and bus station is also very close.

In my life first time see this kind of 3 star hotel.. room was big but no maintenance,old bad their so many fungus ,I have photo also, room service was very bad , dirty bad sheets .Water problem...I think that is one kind of lodge...I don't suggest to any one, they are damaging brand name of OYO...

Location isn't a good one. Mosquitoes are a big problem there. The staff was good no doubt but the stay was below satisfactory. Also limited breakfast options were available. Only idli n vada and not even tea or coffee.

The room was compact and neat staffs were friendly. The breakfast is served from a simple shop and bought to your room.It is a little inside from the main road and very far from Chennai central railway station

Not very clean. Staffs are not so professional. Being oyo flagship they didn't provide towel, drinking water. We had to tell them 2 times to give.

Place sucks in comparison to Oyo Standards. Blankets were damp, airconditioner didn't have a remote, room hadn't been mopped in 3 centuries, double room with one towel type mistakes, a water bottle there was most certainly contaminated and I dared not touch it. But the ac worked. Theres water in the taps. And despite the dampness in the blankets the bed was half decent. Unless you're short of cash, dont opt for it
