Small yet decent airport, gets crowded in peak hours. Seating area is limited, might have to stand and wait. Feels congested but has all amenities inside. Security faculty are a bit rude, especially the one who checks you with the metal detector (maybe because of the fatigue and boredom).

Considering the evening situation of the airport it's not at all an aiport. No space to sit. Fully packed and atleast 100's roaming around without seats. The worst scenario is that even for the use of Toilets we need towait in que. The screening tales lot of time. The airport really neds a rewamp. More gates, more seating and seperate location for international transport with better amenities can improve the feel of airport. The expansion is in plan for a ling without implementation of the upgradation. Only one food joint Annapoorna is available. All others are baking and sweet stalls only. For a vity like coimbatore which is second biggest and with lot of business potential in Tamilnadu is litreally suffering without proper facilities and services required. The rush in the late evening i'm suffering for few months. Most of the flight schedules are towards end of the day and it's litreally affects the status of the city when travellers visit the aiport.

Decent airport , less parking facility and lot of birds issue by their droppings in waiting area.. Improvement needed in better way to meet up with international standards..

I recently had a layover at the Coimbatore Airport and found it to be a decent, but not exceptional, airport experience. The airport is small, but clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, but there were some areas that could use improvement. For example, the food options were limited and overpriced, and there were not enough seating options in the waiting areas. Despite these issues, the airport was functional and I was able to catch my connecting flight without any major issues. Overall, the Coimbatore Airport is a decent option for those who need to fly in and out of the area, but there is room for improvement.

Very beautiful airport remsembling cultural significance of coimbatore. As a traveller didn't face any inconvinience. Maybe a bit small in terms of space as compared to chennai airport but all major flights connecting to major cities are available here. Surrounded by beautiful locations best city visited so far..

Small international airport .. the airport is clean . Variety of shops to purchase .. Krishna sweets and Annapoorna restaurant to have food and buy sweets .. the rest room are neatly maintained.. they can increase the seating area for the waiting passengers
