Worst company to ever exist. I've never seen so much mismanagement in a single place. If you're placed at cognizant, they take 1 whole year to allot you a project and then 1 more year before you get a project. Let me not get started on the HR. they're the laziest and the most incompetent bunch I've ever seen. They take 2 weeks to reply to your texts/mails. Overall, stay away from Cognizant, if you don't want to spoil your mental health.

I had come to give walk in interview here 2 weeks back .Good place to work in ! Loved the campus over there ! Looking forward to work over there .

HR called for the interview and made us to wait more than 8 hours,no use .
