Visited the canteen on Tuesday morning on Vijayadashami day on the to Kannur. The hotel is situated nearby to the co-operative hospital and adjacent to the national highway. It's useful to the people visiting the hospital and also to the people travelling through the national highway. The food served was average in taste with an affordable price.

It's not exclusive for hospital visitors, there's another entrance outside the hospital. They have a decent variety of food and you can expect hygiene since it's a hospital canteen. It was crowded during meal times and the food was just ok and fairly priced.
Bad hygiene, no tasty food, sittings good toilets are pathetic and once you see toilet you can't eat anything.
