We had a great cycling tour with our guide Mr. Rish. He took a lot of photos & videos with patience. The thing about him is, He knows a lot of place and people. And this networking of his helped us get our dishes served quickly, beating others in the queue.

My recent stay at this resort was not pleasant. I couldn't help but notice several issues that need attention. The resort appeared quite dated, and some basic amenities were missing, which made the experience less enjoyable. Additionally, there was a noticeable odor that detracted from the overall ambiance. I wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone. Don't ever stay here.
Courteous staff and food was good. They have two properties and best thing is shuttle service to move from one property to other. The kids Adventurous activities are really maintained with safety measures. Rooms could be better
I had an amazing experience at this resort! The location is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views that truly made my stay memorable. The service was top-notch as well, with a friendly and attentive staff that made me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed the combination of a picturesque setting and excellent service. Can't wait to visit again!
Had a wonderful e-bike tour experience. Rishi, our tour guide, made the trip real fun. He gave a good guidance on how to operate the bikes, those were in really good condition. Gave us option to stop at all good view points and the tea factory visit is something not to miss. Safety of every person was well ensured.
Good hotel... Rooms are nice. Play area is good. No swimming pool (as seen in gmaps).
Location is very nice far from town. 1 br is the best room available, facilities are good enough which even includes room heaters.
Awesome place, location and amenities. Nice buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner. Lots of attractions around waterfalls, scenic mountains views, Tea estates, cloudy views..Felt approach is bit tricky due to steep mountain roads n continuous rainfall. Otherwise enjoyed well with Family. Great service by staff, commute connection between Stay and Other amenities.
I had three days of stay here and what I can say is a very cozy place with a very beautiful view from the mountain top. You will have a very beautiful view from here. All staff here are very polite and supportive. Mount Serene will have very few amenities but you have facilities to use the all services from Lake view club Mahindra resort which is just down at that hill where you have shuttle service from Mount Serene. Special mention to the resort kitchen - we had very nice food over all three days, it was really delicious. Thanks a lot for hosting us!
