The resort is extremely beautiful, and well connected to Pelling via road. The staff especially is extremely hospitable. Special thanks to Mangal, Bhilash, Nikita, Subodh, Sukanta, Bissu, Subham and Pankaj. Excellent resort, excellent unhindered view and access of Rangeet river, and extremely warm hospitality.

The resort is beautiful and well maintained. The best part is the River Rangeet beside the resort. You can enjoy the river at any time by yourself. Quick service by the courteous staff. You can get a heater if you ask for one. Overall great.

Resort ambience was awesome Host from Mangal at the check-in was done amazing room was given as our demand . Other employees like Pool boy Anup and Happy hub Bandana and all others are very good. Location was excellent. Food is as usual very costly, rest of everything are perfect. Must visit

It is very nice and clean few km away from jhorthang. May facility are available. Food quality is ok. Need to improve further and variety also. Close to river. Some of the facilities were not in working condition like gym, swimming pool, etc. Staff is friendly.

Pool table was not in a good place and sticks / powder were not maintained properly. travel desk is not working properly they are charging higher rates. Food is too expensive. They are trying to get free room price adjusted thru foodies. Play area was too small to include even a table tennis table also

Beautiful Resort and relaxation place. Loads of games and a beautiful swimming pool. The restaurant is in main building which is 50 steps up from rooms so a good exercise. The only drawback is water is paid and really expensive inside and you cannot walk outside (200 m ramp uphill to go out)

It's all funtastic ,we enjoyed it all. Wonderful experience .staff are friendly like mangal,pavitra ,bilash , anup , sapna ,lalita ,bandana and all the house team .

Worst worst.. they are robbers.. Cheaters cheater cheater staff Went on my honeymoon gifted by relative who was one of the members of club Mahindra.. I was at honeymoon and it's common sense that the couple is left alone.. but these IDIOTS want to disturb us again and again and again for their **STUPID MARKETING TO JOIN THE CLUB**. Even after we clearly told that we are ***NOT INTERESTED*** THE NEXT PART IS EVEN WORST.. WORST OF ALL.. We were not aware of our services when we went to the restaurant. The manager asked us the room number and said 2time meal for the room.. we thought it to be complimentary served tea and coffee without asking and then on the 2nd day a bomb was thrown at as... ****10,000 + BILL**** really felt robbed.. should have told that meals are not complimentary.. tea and coffee is also charged in the buffet breakfast ADDITIONALLLY.. who the hell does that..
