One of the best gym. Good Space, Quality crowd, Equipment are good, Hygiene and cleanliness are maintained well. All the trainers are at a professional level. My personal trainer is "Nelson" and he is one of the best trainer ever, he is amazing, nice, helpful and kind. He always creates a unique variety of exercises for each week that challenge my abilities and insists on my extreme focus to achieve my goals.

This is a very good gym. This is part of cultfit so we have wide range of gyms we can access. There are all the proper equipments that are supposed to be in the gym. There are many trainers like almost 5-6 trainers who are well trained and experienced. Manju anna and naveen anna are the trainers who train me. They are really good and have helped me get good results on my body. The trainers are really friendly and will communicate with you properly and guide you. Worth the money that you spend here.

I am enjoying my dialy workout here ...it's nice place to spend sometime on yourself and become fit . Special thanks to Gishore and Manju they both help me alot to train about the exercises and the posture of doing it. Everyone is very supportive here you can ask any trainer about the exercises they will surely help you out .Along with the equipment you can go for group classes as well they have classes for cardio ...i just hope one new group cult center opens too in ayappa nagar as i love to ho dance fitness class .

It is a good gym if you workout on your own or if you have any gym buddies because you can't expect anything from the trainers. Me having 5 years of membership was given access to the BMI machine only twice for the span of five years and just to check our progress of fat loss we have to pay them 500rs for the BMI report. Just because other customers get their BMI done and then never show up to the gym doesn't mean you should penalise the existing and loyal customers you have. Horrible experience. Have moved to elite gyms now which has better machines and good trainers.

Located on the main road , easy to access . Nice and new equipment , well maintained . Price not too high . only draw backs are 1. No floor space to do floor exercises and no power backup for tread mills . space any how they can't add but management is not very keen to add power backup for tread mills . Instructor support is very minimal . if you need support you need to go personal instructor . Due to lack of space you may feel congested during peak hours . Over all it is Ok to join .

Be very very careful. This is a good place for workout. Very happy to have such facility nearby. Being a mother and busy working women I started my new health journey here. But soon it became a nightmare and stressful as I got in the trap of a trainer. I would suggest being careful when you go there. Never pay any money in the name of personal training thinking you will achieve your goal. I paid and the trainer made me run behind him without sessions. He will give time and will not be available. If You ask other trainers they will be like-"you have a personal trainer, he will only help". When I asked for workout plan from my so called personal trainer, he is like "WHY?, What you want to know". You can't say anything because I found myself standing alone against all; which was really embarrassing for me. Please be careful or join other branches if any.

MGym equipments are good. Coaches are really comfortable and I have trained under Nelson and I am really happy with my transormaationa nd he taught us very great workouts..

Great Gym! Very spacious, and clean. Especially trainer "Nelson", very professional and highly skilled. All the staffs are so good. All the equipments are in latest one and in good condition, very well maintained GYM.
