We just got our Angel delivered in cloudnine T-nagar. This is one of the hospitals where everyone does their job with utmost care and affection... I want to take this opportunity to thank few who made this memorable. Starting with the Fertility department, we consulted Dr.Sathyabalasubramanian who is one of the best doctors we have ever met ... He guided us in the right direction through out our journey and had been patient answering all our questions...if you ever want to choose cloudnine, don't miss to consult him ... He has a very good team of nurses who are responsive and approachable. Our Scan doctor was Dr.Swathi who was assisted by Mrs. Kodhai ... they always welcome you with a bright smile which gives a positive vibe everytime you visit... My wife had never been comfortable with anyone else... We had a normal delivery where Dr.Sathya was assisted by Dr.Prakruthi and nurse Nisha who has been very helpful through the labour... Lamaze (Breathing techniques) were taught by Physiotherapist Pragnya which helped Pain management during labour. Post delivery experience has been memorable.. Mrs.Deepa from housekeeping has been helpful and she took care of my wife for all her morning routine. All members of the house keeping were waiting to help and were polite. Cloudnine Cafeteria has been good... patients would get 3 course meal as per the dietician advice delivered to the room on-time as part of the package. Vinod and Ezhumalai from Cafeteria would just wait for the food order and get it delivered to the room. They make sure all customisation that we ask is taken care while ordering the food.. Billing department is also good... they would let you know the bill amount well in advance and provide a detailed breakup so that if you have any concerns , you can approach them to clarify. It will not take more than 10 minutes to close the bill and get the full summary. Finally, I want to thank Rosalin for providing us the financial councelling which helps you to be prepared.

I had my delivery at Cloudnine hospital T.nagar. It was a wise decision that I made at last moment to switch here. My Greatest and heart-full thanks to Dr. Nazira Sadique and team such a humble and good souled doctor. During my surgery she and her team were so supportive and took great care of me and my baby. It's a lucky hospital for me too - my greatest wish i had a baby girl. During stay i had a good support from the entire staffs of cloudnine. Thanks to all the nurses and admin team for guiding us and taking care, especially the housekeeping team were really good - Mrs. Jagartha, Mrs. Latha, Mrs. Durga and Mrs. Baby Anjali they were available all the time to keep our rooms clean and tidy. Thank you Cloudnine hospital for providing us a good hospitality and feel at home atmosphere. I highly recommend all preggy mommies to have ur safe delivery here and cost wise also reasonable in comparison with all the other high end hospitals in the city. Good Hospitality and all the staffs were very kind and so supportive. Special mention to Dr Keerthana Rajasekaran throughout the pregnancy journey she gave us a great experience she was very very supportive and kind. We have no words to describe how happy we are with the experience we had with the doctor.

Housekeeping service is very good clean and clear the room time to time and the service persons in the name of Isaimozhi, Deepa, Nirmala and Jayalakshmi, so polite and good works. Amazing hospital with very helpful staffs that always make us feel positive. All the time greeting with a big smile and asking about whereabouts with so much care. Special mention to Dr. Sathya, Dr. Anjali Sathya, Dr. Kavita, Dr.Swathi, technician Gomathi and Kodhai (scan centre), sister - Blessy, Kavitha, Saritha and Ramya for always bringing smile of my face and making me feel good. Executives Priya and Ramya did a great job in conducting really good ANC and MBA classes which was very useful as new parents. --Edited on September 11th 2023:-- Delivered a baby girl vaginally. The entire ward and rooms staff was par excellence. Initially i thought the hospital staff would prefer c section but the entire team was very encouraging to try for normal delivery. Special mentions to - Dr. Prakruthi and nurse Nisha who constantly pushed me to deliver my baby girl naturally. Nurse Nisha was so positive with her words of encouragement that helped me so much during my labour pain time. Biggest thanks to both. I recently sought treatment for a cold and dry nose at cloud nine in t nagar, and I'm genuinely impressed with the level of care and service I received. The medical staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and kindness throughout my visit. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and the waiting times were reasonable. The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment plan and answered all my questions. Overall, I had a positive experience and would highly recommend cloud nine hospital in t nagar for their excellent healthcare services.
