Consulted with Dr Indu Taneja @Cloudnine Faridabad for my delivery. Had a great experience with her. Dr Indu Taneja is one of the well-known Gynae Specialists and Director of Cloudnine Faridabad. With every OPD appointment she gave us the utmost attention and inquired about the progress. She has been from the very first moment accommodating and makes sure the patient is at easy and comfort. Best thing about Dr Indu is she prefers and encourages natural means of nutrients instead of supplements / meds. The doctor took time to explain dos and don'ts, medical issues and processes which eased my worries and enabled a smooth pregnancy and delivery. Her team followed up for scheduled check ups and were very helpful. Special thanks to Shubhneet from PR Team who guided me to the whole process and made things very easy and convinent for me and my family. Be it paper work, getting last minute appointments, booking package or our stay in the hospital. Whatever you needed Shubhneet was there to assist. He also made us aware why Cloudnine Faridabad is one of the best center around and introduced us to other patients with whom we got more inputs. He explained each and every process well and made things comfortable from the consultation to admission, till delivery and things are still in process and he is helping us postpartum appointments with Dr. The nursing staff round the clock was really helpful and friendly during my stay. Overall this is a great Hospital with great staff and expert doctors and I would recommend it.

Now coming to hospital:- *free parking space along with valet parking. *supportive reception staff and reception nursing staff. * clean, kids friendly and new mom's friendly waiting area. * CRE Meenakshi ji was big support during our 9 months journey and still she is there for help. She is really sweet and caring. *for sonography Dr Aastha Sahani is really good in her work. *Dr siddharth nayyar is also supportive and good at his work. *My hospital stay was at 2nd floor, and whole nursing staff was there on duty was just a call bell away. They are really good at her work and comes every-time with smile and handle newborn with utmost care. *OT staff is also friendly and sweet spoken. *for stem cell preservation, concerned person is mridula, she is also ready for help anytime. *canteen food for patient is good. *housekeeping staff is also good. *every single day feedback for housekeeping and food was taken. *for newborn photoshoot and casting, hospital also provide facillity. *lactation expert Dr richa was the only one who encouraged me for mother feed. Only drawback i felt is food is bit expensive, limited options, and not upto the mark for attendants.

One stop solution for pregnancy and after pregnancy.. Amazing Doctors like Indu Taneja, Shana Tiwari.. great Staff service/ help, all of them are very cooperative.. Dr Aastha (Ultrasound) are great Help and explain situation in a great detail.. Additional, to share emergency services team are great.. Richa Batia help you with PT; Awareness, Mytha & Facts on Breastfeeding.. Also, the Lamaze session was beautifully explained.

Our overall experience of our first child delivery at Cloud Nine hospital was good excellent. the rooms were shining and clean, and Miss Nilam Kumari was so excellent and talented, the nurses (Ms Nilam kumari and Ms Aruna kushwaha) for the new born were extremely caring. A special note to Ms Nilam Kumari, she was always call me and took care of even the smallest thing in terms of admission, discharge or even blood reports..Ms Nilam Kumari And Aruna kushwaha h Helped me a lot because of which my new baby Safe . My family is very happy.. so I recommended other family you are going cloud nine hospital and tack good Service.

There is a saying that doctors are God, and we don't doubt this saying after this delivery done by Dr.Shaily Sharma from Cloud Nine, Faridabad. In the last durations and labour pains, I lost all hope, patience, and all my energy too and was asking Mam to do the C section loudly. Mam and her whole team handled me very calmly and successfully covered my normal delivery with our healthy baby boy, Madhava. There are not enough words to describe how thankful we are for your wonderful care during my pregnancy, labour, and delivery. You've helped bring a perfect miracle into our lives. We're grateful to have our delivery with such a knowledgeable, friendly doctor's team! We especially want to thank Khusboo Didi from Housekeeping, who calmed me with a back massage and supported me while holding her hand during my last labour pains, which were horrible.
