Tres bonne experience dans ce salon ou j'ai ete avec une amie. Tarifs tres abordable pour une bonne qualite de service. Il y a une bonne dynamique au niveau du personnel qui est poli prend soin du client et l'espace est bien entretenu ce qui met en confiance. La pedicure basique qui a dure plus d'une quarantaine de minutes avec siege massant etait a 750 roupies = un super resultat. Le rasage barbe etait a 200 roupies = tres bien egalement. Je regrette de ne pas y etre alle des mon arrivee a Rishikesh.

(Regarding Mona Malhotra) Just never learn makeup from cloud 9 their services are just so damn bad neither they know how to teach nor have some politeness in their voice I have paid 40,000 to learn professional makeup from cloud 9 and what they thought was worse than a roadside parlour Mona Malhotra was the one taught me Her talk is so rude she have Alot of attitude and her knowledge for makeup is worse than a playgroup kid learning how to draw ! Just giving you all an advance warning never enroll yourself in their courses nor visit here to get your makeup done through Mona Malhotra Just gave her 1 star cause it's not possible to give 0 star or negative marking!! I would have gave her stars in negative Rest of the staff is pretty good except Mona Malhotra!!!!
I visited cloud9 and had such a good experience in salons. Priya, especially are the sweetest and the most responsible people along with the best work ethic! I would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a permanent beauty salon relationship! :)
I would personally recommend Cloud 9 as the best salon in rishikesh. They have all services and the staff out there does all services in a very professional way and all are very friendly too. I always get my hair cut and coloring done from Vicky . He is a very friendly person and does his work with 100% commitment . Also the salon is maintained very well.
Hey cloud 9 rishikesh staff ! Hi For couple of days I was in India and that too in my home town Rishikesh. Went to cloud 9 with my sister for a change. I had an awesome time there. My hair stylist shariq ( sorry if I spelt it wrong ) did know what to do with the complex situation of my hair. Loved the final look. The ambience, hospitality , infrastructure,coffee ;) enjoyed every thing. Manager Mr Arun is a wonderful person too. Thank you and keep up the good work .
