One of the most Best Gym, in Salem I was obese weighing around more than 110 kg, like every one I will go to some gym do exercise and de motivate as I wont get desired results, But Here My Master Manikandan a positive person who motivates me al lot a positive person he trained me motivated me guided me to lose 30 kgs ,with his diet plans and workout charts The Gym itself is quite big and with all equipments u can workout in a comfortable manner with affordable price ...
