The hotel has a good name and it certainly lives up to it. The rooms are modern, spacious and comfortable. The food quality is excellent, although it takes time for service. All the staff are pleasant and helpful. The dine in restaurant has ala carte and buffet menu. There's a swimming pool with in-pool lunch service. Would definitely recommend.

The rooms were nice though I would have preferred one's in the newer wing. The staff is friendly and the service is prompt. Close by to Marina Beach is definitely a plus point. We got a fab rate on the rooms so can't complain on the quality which ideally would be 3 stars if it wasn't for the staff which was super helpful.

The worse hotel ever . We book 4 months advance and in the day they give single beds for couples .it's so ridiculous when we ask for twin bed they say not available. Some more the the charger switch not working confusing switch board also cannot control the aircons & fans and black out . Bathroom so dirty shower no hot water only warm . The bathroom water not flowing into drain its flooding omg what a worse hotel . We book 5 rooms all the same really regret booking this hotel .bad experience.

The hotel is located at a very convenient and grand locality. There were a few small issues initially with the room, but the Service Manager took care of the same very gracefully and ensured that our stay (occupying 2 rooms) be enjoyable. Definitely recommend to stay here for a pleasant and memorable stay!

Spacious rooms. Very effective air conditioner all the facilities present. Location is very prime. You can walk to to marina beach and other major tourist attractions from this hotel if you love walking. Staff is courteous but somehow i feel house keeping needs to be little proactive. Good option in breakfast and lunch consisting of dishes from southern and northern India.

This horrible hotel that I stay in Chennai. On 1st day of check-in, the water leaked and the entire room was wet. We. Ask something the staff is not helpful. The only person very helpful is the security. When went to breakfast, the staff didn't bother to show the sit and when we ordered they didn't bother to send us to the table. Here they a put rule of no outside food in the room and the staff told me 24H food services around 1130 a.m. I called, asking for a burger and they told me the kitchen was closed. Better don't put that you guys are not able to archive. This needs to be brought to MD.Sanjev. The room.also really clean. I don't recommend to stay here.

One of the worst ever hotels I have ever stayed! The bathrooms were one of the worse ever!!! The water was clogged up on the floor of the bathroom and the air-conditioner couldn't be adjusted at all! It was one of the worse ever experience I have ever had. I had to off the air cond since it was too cold and it could not be adjusted. Once I off it, the room started to feel mouldy and the bathroom door started to get cloudy and it just entirely feels moudly especially with the water being clogged up. The service is one of the worse ever! Called almost 6 times to ask for a hairdryer, even the next day I asked for a hairdryer from the reception, it was not given at all! You could either say you don't provide any hairdryer instead of making me wait for it. One of the worse hotel. Seriously, find a better hotel to stay.

I was here for official work with my family. Extremely helpful and polite staff, neat rooms, clean shower. The food was really amazing and is a must try, there's absolutely no need to look for food somewhere else. The location was also superb, it was very easy for us to find cabs and was hardly one km away from marina beach. Miss Suman especially was very helpful to us throughout the stay as well the manager. Would 100% recommend going again.
