Civil Hospital Sector 45 - Government hospital in Chandigarh - Chandigarh, India

The hospital and OPD is neat and well maintained with good service and good staff. But I faced a problem with the doctor when the doctor went for emergency round that time all OPD patients were standing in queue waiting for the doctor this time I waited too long. I understand that this is the duty of the doctor. I think other doctors should be assigned to the emergency department at that time. There is an ultrasound room here, but there is no ultrasound here. It is always closed and the doctor says that whatever ultrasound has to be done, get it done from outside.

I went there at 1:50 pm when I reached there I went to there where Medical card has been made. They said they will not make the card bcz 2:00 pm is now jbki wha 1:55 hore the khte half an hour aur 45 min wait kro jbki still wo kisi hor k cards bna re the un logo ne mera 2 hrs almost khrab kia... Govt. Facility khne k liye achi h but public suffer there.. Govt. Employees are worst...

It's good to have more of such facilities to avoid rush in main hospitals. Cleanliness was good. I went at night in emergency, counter staff and nurse was good. Doctor seems to be little arrogant and didn't listen carefully. They should me more considerate and have patience. Just one doctor in emergency is not enough. All medicine prescribed are not available and you need to buy them from shop outside. Ample space for parking, washroom are clean.

Worst experience ever . No care of patient . If there is option of zero rating then will provide with that . Doctor and nurse are careless specially gyne ward they just admit patient and then no care at all . Govt should close such hospital if they don't bother about patient . I don't know how these doctors and nurses take salary's at month end without doing there work . strict action should be take against such people's by UT ADMINISTRATION.

Excellent cleaning, very proffessional and friendly staff. Its worth to get services from this hospital. Hospital is well maintained with good machinery.

Very clean premises. Ample parking space. There is 24*7 snack canteen available. Doctors are as par as other govt. Hospitals.

The 4th class staff is very helpful but the reception counter is of no use. There are three counters for men,women and disabled&senior citizens but only one counter is working and that also is biased.
