City Trust Hospital & Research Centre - Plastic surgery clinic in Ranchi - Ranchi, India

One of the worst hospitals in Ranchi. There's no parking , stinking toilets and no proper canteen. The pharmacist is too arrogant that you will think to get medicine from somewhere else.The hospital lacks cleanliness and good management. There's lack of space in waiting area.Overall it deserves zero ratings.

This one star I had given is the lowest, if possible I will give this place zero or negative marking. They told us to do various test, ultrasound, X-rays at the first day only. And doctor don't even saw the X-ray report. The total bill was 5000 + at the first day. And my family suggest not to go this place again. I will not recommend this hospital to anyone.

Very good service and good beaver and allow staffa & nursing is a good beaver and all staffa are coprative

Worst hospital in Ranchi . Charges are very high and so many charges hidden.And the treatment quality is very poor .Dr only visit once a day unproper way.Theire is not differences between Dr of this hospital and thief both have same function to snatching money from people.i have a suggestion if you want good quality of treatment in affordable price then ignore this hospital.

Didn't even wanted to give one star. The treatment over here is horrible. The fees of the doctor is about 2000 for a day, but the doctor takes only one round a day and not even touch his patient . They don't pay attention to thier patients and the nurses over here come after waiting for them for minutes but still in vain. They just collect money from you in the name of treatment and don't provide you with good facilities. One of the worst in Ranchi.

Very worst hospital I ever been no facility nothing is there plz fins some other hospital even after the operation Dr is not sure about the operation result no water for patient no food no pillow I was thinking I had been to hotel not in hospital sisters nurse are very careless they are not listening any thing. Atleast provide fresh drinking water for patience. I think they all r looting money from people

My experience in this hospital was Very bad. My father was admitted in a very bad condition I agreed that. On the fourth day around 10:00am I asked the senior doctor about the condition of my father and the doctor said 50/50 chance,whereas my father was already died at 7:00am. We are informed about the dead at 12:25 noon . I get to know only after the death certificate was handed to me and on the certificate the death timing was written 7:00am. Some staff attitude was very bad. We the patient attended don't expect dis type of response from the doctor.

It's a good option for the patients having Golden Card (PMJAY). Doctor is experienced and except few nurses all the nurses are good. They behave kindly and treat you well.But yes! You also have to behave good and kindly because u r not the only patient there.
