Citrus Classic Hotel Mcleodganj - Hotel in Dharamshala - Kangra, India

A beautiful place to step in with family. Loved and appreciate the way we have been taken care of by Ravi, Pankaj & Shivani. Have a good breakfast spread with served with heart. Thank you guys. The only thing which needs an improvement is parking, hotel doesn't have a parking, have to get parked in a common parking area. Would be great an arrangement can be made for that as well. All the best.

Decent hotel in the middle of the market, near Dalai Lama temple. The staff was hospitable. Special mention to Ravi and Shashi who made sure we had everything we needed on the breakfast table. Rooms can be a bit tidier, parking is not available as it is in the middle of market, the parking costed Rs. 400 per day. All in all value for money, would recommend staying in this hotel if you want to stay near the market.

I found the service personnel very polite and courteous. The quality of food is good.however some variety may be added. I would specifically like tol mention Mr Ravinder Chauhan,who was readily provided the the desired items and available all the time. The team should be rewarded, once in a while for their good work.

I had visited Mcleodganj last month with my mother and sister. At the outset, I was quite skeptical about my trip to the hill station,given that I was travelling with my senior citizen mother. However,the service standards manifested by the hotel staff were exemplary. I particularly remember the name of my room attendant Ajay Rana,who was courteous enough to seek regular feedbacks from us for the services rendered. Also, the staff at the restaurant -unable to recall names-was extremely prompt ,and receptive to feedbacks as well. This property is located in the prime areas of Mcleodganj,and taking a leisurely stroll at night, also worked for us, and there were no safety concerns at all. I strongly recommend this hotel to anybody who visits this place, as the amazing hospitality I received here, greatly attributed to my trip being a truly memorable one.

I had visited with my whole family and friends and had booked 5 rooms, Mr. Shantanu has assisted us and had provided us with premium rooms at best rates. The property is situated opp to ropway and has the best location to eat and shop around. The staff where very friendly and they served very nice food. Must stay in mcleodganj.

Our stay was very comfortable. Mr Ajay gave very good service. Rooms were very clean. 2 feedbacks- 1) window glass in the restaurant should be opala so that customers can enjoy outside view 2) bucket in the bathroom should be clean.

I had an amazing stay at the citrus hotel in McLeod Ganj, HP during 2023 World Cup. It was a busy time for the hotel and yet I was absolutely impressed with the hospitality and genuine care from the staff members towards all their guests. I especially want to thank Ravi and Pankaj who constantly ensured we had good hot food throughout our stay here.

Services and food was great but hotel location is too far from the main chowk,we have to walk far longer with all the bags and kids... Thanks to hotel staff ms Shivani..
