Citizens Specialty Hospital - American Oncology Institute - Hospital in Nallagandla - Ranga Reddy, India

I have visited to see gynaecologist Andal Reddy. The hospital is quite clean and well maintained. It has sufficient lifts and emergency exits. Doctors we met so far were good. Overall I liked the hospital. They provide good corporate discount on consultation (20%) and tests (15%). Same discounts are available for the residents of nearby appartments as well.

I visited the American Oncology Institute for my mother's breast cancer treatment. Very thankful to Dr. Krishnamani K.V. (medical oncologist), Dr. Krishnakiran (surgical oncologist), Dr. Vinetha Reddy (radiation oncologist) and each and every staff member of different departments who were involved in the treatment process. 1. Doctors and nurses were really helpful and friendly. 2. Food quality was not good at all. Spicy 3. The hospital staff were excellent. 4. Security staff were friendly and understanding. 5. The hospital facility was good, and can be improved. 6. Treatment was excellent, but a little bit expensive, which is understandable. 7. Shout out to the staff at the international desk Syed Shabbir and Yousuf Abbas who were extremely helpful. 8. Shout out to Ravi at the finance department who helped me with my financial issues. Overall my experience at the American Oncology Institute and Citizens Speciality Hospital was good.

I am extremely happy with the professionalism of the doctors and nurses. They were very attentive and cooperative and rendered great service. Head doctor was very professional and suggested with right medication and diet which helped my mother to have a speedy recovery. The ground staff was extremely attentive to our requests and went above and beyond to deliver services on time. Thank you Citizens hospital for making the experience seamless without any issues. I would recommend this to my friends and family.

Good hospital, if you're looking out for a great treatment with budget friendly you can blindly go with this hospital. I've been here for my mothers Lap cholesectotomy surgery. The surgery went well with eight scheduled time. Doctors, staff , room cleanliness is just awesome. We were worried about our bill but everything was explained in detail.

Very poor housekeeping and hospitality , patients don't feel welcoming at all , feels like government hospitals, very unhigene staff in cafeteria, the person who serves tea here is the most unethical and unhygenic person , he had a plum cake while making cake and dnt even clean his hands sand used same hands in straining tea

I am very thankful to citizen hospital. Especially to Dr. Suchitra madam. She is an excellent doctor, she treated as a family member. I love very much madam. Thank you so much madam. I never forgot you madam. I am very thankful to staff, attenders, house keeping persons, duty doctors, sisters and even insurance people also. Canteen people also. About hospital neatness is very hygiene, they cleaned 3 times a day. So I will suggest for treatment to visit this hospital. Once again thank you so much to everybody.
