Convenient, safe and affordable stay. The amenities here are basic but comfortable and clean. The place has ample parking space.
In the bathroom and toilet you have to use stored water as there is no supply in the tap. Water problem is there. Rooms are not maintained. Only plus point is its location.

The view from terrace and balcony is fantastic. Can see half of the mokokchung. 5. No problem of water. 6. Got a small pan/sweet shop nearby.

Decent accommodation, warm hospitality for a wallet within a budget. Food was warm and tasty beautiful flowers and plants pruned meticulously by the staff there. There is a beautiful pine tree that would look extremely beautiful if decorated well in Christmas time
Please be warned! A visitor cannot simply go and book a room like a hotel. It is a reasonably priced guesthouse for government employees which is managed by District Administration. Public can also stay in the place provided one obtains permission in advance from the Administrative Officer incharge of Circuit House. Personal Room Service and choices of food is limited since this is not a commercial establishment like a private hotel.
Communication is very good, room is fine but loadshedding is another problem,, balcony view is very beautiful.

The resort has become more beautiful from the last time I visited. It is a good place to relax ,away from the hustle from the city. It is also a good place to organise events like parties and anniversaries. A good place for swimming and fishing too.
