Hotel is at a great location. Service is average. Veg food was not that good and costly. Rooms were clean yet a little dirty bathroom. Had a bad incident with valet parking. We parked our car in hotel parking and one of the hotel valet person scratched our car with another vehicle. We ran to the valet manager but he was a little rude.

While the rooms may not be the cheapest, the location is a major plus, and the rooms themselves are spacious and well-appointed. The breakfast is quite good, and the service is definitely on the good side, with staff who are courteous and attentive to guests' needs. While some rooms can be a bit noisy due to an air-conditioning unit outside, the hotel staff are generally very accommodating and will do their best to ensure that you have a comfortable stay. The food is also quite good, and the option to dine in the restaurant or lounge is convenient. One minor issue is that the hand wash facilities in the toilets could be improved, as they are not movable. Additionally, it's worth noting that the hotel can attract uninvited guests who may cause some monetary losses, but this is not a frequent occurrence. Overall, if you're looking for a decent value for money hotel in a good location with spacious rooms, courteous staff, and good food, this hotel is definitely worth considering for your next getaway.

Overall experience was bad. Was alloted under-maintenance room where painting was done. The whole time there was smell coming from the room. I am allergic to paint smell and that triggered my allergies. Had to take medication after reaching home. We went to pool and my friend was asked to remove his vest and rightly so. However, other guests were enjoying in the pool with their normal home clothes and night dresses. But nobody asked them to follow any rules. My friends water bottle went missing from the dining area and when asked for CCTV footage it wasn't available. So overall a bad experience. Avoid this hotel. There are many other better options available with good service.

The location of the resort is very nice as it is at the bank of the sea. The food is comparatively good. Although, service is very slow due to over crowded many of the times. Food is nice but somewhat costly.

Its not just place... Its heaven... You feel out of world while seeing the see in front of you... Food is also delicious.. Fabulous hospitality... Worth to go...

I stayed at this hotel for Sunday-Monday, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is conveniently located, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The hospitality provided by the staff was mind-blowing, and their service was simply amazing. It's undoubtedly the best hotel to stay in, and their restaurant offers the best taste. The rooms are comfortable, and the service is superb. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a wonderful stay experience.

Please avoid this place. They don't offer you any good service. I had bad experience with this place. The managers are ignorant. Waiters don't respond to you in time. Everyone is so busy roaming here and there even if the place is half filled. So called managers in coat don't you in time. All the staff are always in kitchen. It takes more than an hour to get the food that you order. This is the case with normal crowd. If this is crowded in special occasions then don't know how they'll manage. The parking is also very limited and small.

Cidade is one of the older hotels in Daman. This gets reflected in its appearance & service. Service - in the good sense. Anything you ask for took less than five minutes to appear. Appearance - in the not so good sense. The hotel needs to be upgraded to modern sensibilities. Or, at least, maintained.
