The menu was not up to the mark. Some food items written on the menu was not available and we had to change our choices. The food served was good and the service could have been much better.

Visit newly opened ciaana cafe at first the ambiance the place look good and pleasant and the staff is very welcoming overall a good place to visit but when it comes to food I didn't find it up to the mark as I ordered three dishes from menu but three of them were uncooked and one was refry I guess it was made before hand and it's was refry to serve so it was a ok ok experience only thing was good that was coffee u can have it but it's a moderate high on price but the taste and food was not as good as it must be better they serve good food with this price the foot fall would have been better than other place else it's ok cafe with a bit high price
Good food, we visited it within a week of opening. Like happens at all new places, some items on the menu may not be available in the beginning. The sourdough pull-apart garlic bread is their star, the caesar salad is good too. The cafe 'special' waffle pizza from the dessert menu was a miss, it was quite dry, we later asked for some more chocolate syrup on it.

Portion on it's price is less... And service is very slow no one cares we keep calling for service but everyone is busy in their gossips... Bad very bad...

Nice little place to have authentic brewed coffee. Quite compact seating but comfortable. Prices of hot and cold coffee is about 150rs avg. Hazelnut Cold Coffee is their best selling. Snacks served tastes good too. Great place overall. Basement parki

- Great location, just opposite to Marine Drive.
- Parking facility is available, however it would depend on the rush if one gets a slot to park.
