Very neat and clean rooms... Value for money.... Cons. Located in busy market area. No parking facility available.
Room was spacious, clean, hygienic and luxurious. Price was little high but had all the necessary facilities. Only problem is lack of parking facility, as it is nearby market car and bike parking near the room is not possible.
Family room was good for the stay. A bit expensive. Location is near main market.
Excellent location - proximity to most tourist places. Service was excellent. room was neat and clean. The administrator was very helpful and assisted us with our itinerary for the 2 day stay and also helped us with arranging transportation. Our stay was very pleasant at affordable rates.
We had gone as a family, were allowed an early check-in though our check-in was at 12.00 noon with no extra charges. It is close to the beach and other places of tourist attraction. We had a very pleasant stay, with good hotel staff, clean rooms and washrooms. Karolin had a smile on her face at all times and made sure our stay was comfortable. Good luck to the hotel!

Stayed here with my friends. The room and washroom was clean and spacious.The staff was very welcoming and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Wifi was good too. We had requested for an early check-in and Karolin made it happen. Also, they allowed us to keep our luggage at the hotel even after check-out. All together, the experience was really good. Will surely stay here if I happen to come again to pondicherry.
I had an excellent stay here. The staff were very polite. The rooms were neat, tidy and spacious. The experience here is much better than what you'd get at other hotels around the same price. I'd definitely recommend this hotel
