Chopstix Room - Chinese restaurant in Kochi, Ernakulam - Ernakulam, India

This is a small space. They serve really great food. My go to dishes are hot & sour soup, tofu shiitake mushroom bok choy curry, Burt garlic fried rice and garlic chicken.

I used to love this place (especially the one in civil lane). But unfortunately now it's INCREDIBLY SPICY and has killed the actual flavours and taste of the dishes. I had recommended the restaurant for a team dinner and everyone is suffering from the spice levels. Ensure to tell the cook to reduce spice and salt in food. Though we asked for the spice to be reduced it was still way too high.

Chopstix has always been my first choice for chinese food. Never dissapoints. The outlet at Kadavanthra is a small one compared to the other branches. Interiors are very ambiently lit after evening. Expect a dark atmosphere. The food is great as usual. Pad Thai Chicken noodles is my all time favorite. It's a bit on the sweet side, not spicy. Spicy chicken winglets and crispy lamb would be my recommendation for starters. There's the chef special Tenderloin Fried Rice which is a must try. Service is good. Dedicated parking is limited but plenty of space is available on the road

The glass noodles was spot on! Would recommend it. Had also tried the Tom yum soup and the wonton chicken soup both were yummy. Also tried the firedrice and honey glazed chicken, Overall a great place with decent food.

Despite the pleasant ambience and delicious food, there was an incident that happened today that left us with a sour taste. Upon entering, I noticed the receptionist/cashier standing by the entrance, seemingly more focused on the approaching Mercedes than welcoming us. He promptly opened the door for the Mercedes occupants but didn't extend the same courtesy to us. This incident raised questions about the staff's attitude towards different customers. It felt like a clear display of classism as if the value of a customer was determined by the car they arrived in. While the food and service were commendable, this incident left me with the impression that the restaurant prioritized certain customers over others based on superficial factors. It's important for establishments to treat all customers with equal respect and consideration, regardless of their appearance or possessions. Such behavior is not acceptable, as it undermines the inclusive and welcoming atmosphere that every restaurant should strive to create.

Loved this place. Tried Duck fried rice, Chicken dumplings and Thai chicken spring roll. Duck fried rice was amazing, so much of flavour! Chicken Dumplings were spot on. Beautifully cooked, perfect flavours. Spring roll was also good, but I think it could have been a little less oily. Later on tried Nasi goreng, beef tenderloin in honey pepper sauce, beef in oyster sauce, and Tom kha chicken soup. Loved everything. Reasonable pricing and a great place to hangout

Quality and quantity of the food was good. Nice place to try the Chinese dishes... Good service

I had ordered veg Hakka noodles and chicken lollipop from Swiggy around 8:30pm. I was disappointed with the chicken lollipop which I had received...there wasn't any meat on the chicken at all it was very less and the texture was hard when biting on to it...the noodles was good..might wanna reduce the addition of the green onion as it was bit more and the flavour was bit overpowering overall it was good...but the chicken lollipop was a disappointment overall..
