Chopra Skin Center - Skin care clinic in Panipat - Panipat, India

Staff is uneducated and clinic is full of mosquito. I got the appointment over phone and they told me to come at 6.30 PM. When i reached on time asked for my token number no one responded and waited till 1 hr and again @7:30 pm I asked to know my token number no one responded Then I asked receptionist to get my token number so that I would be aware of my turn to come she said slip is inside and doctor was seeing us from the small window and called us and said not to shout and take money and go anywhere else. Even I had the recording of the call of appointment booking still no one respond. This is how they run the clinic no one had enough time to waste so they need to trained the staff and issue token system so that patients time not wasted. So i would suggest others not to waste time in this clinic.

A lady doctor present at 10.30-11.00 am on 1st March misbehaved with my mom and brother, she took the money and wen to explain the problem she said- itna faltu time ni h mere pass aur bahut rudely behave kiya. A doctor is an educated person but this doctor have no manner and no characteristics. She behaved very very badly, she should be banner from this organisation. Even my brother said we will take only 5 min to explain you but she has no way to talk she even try to be abusive

The lady Dr behaviour is not good , way of talking is not polite

Dr. Is good, he has good experience, his treatment is really appreciable, but there is no management, no schedule for appointment,my daughter had allergy for which I visited 4-5 times to get an appointment, even I reached at 7:15 am to get an appointment but I couldn't. All over I had a very good experience with his treatment.

This is for the unprofessional staff. Staff is mannerless and they do misbehave with you ..

Hospital staff is uneducated, rude, dishonest and pathetic. They don't have manners to talk. I got the appointment over phone and they told me to come at 5.30 PM. So i would suggest not to waste time in this hospital.

He is very experienced Dr. Many times I came him for several skin related problems but he always done a nice job, even one of my cousin his face was in so much bad condition but now he is fine

Pathetic staff.... Doctor is never available ....always out of town..
