Nice quite place at top of Kufri. Hptdc cafe Lalit was empty when we went there. Behaviour of staff was not good. They were very disinterested in serving food. It took a lot of time for them to bring things. Food was just about ok with very small portion size. Outside view was good and a lot of photo points available. BEWARE OF MONKEYS. Don't let children walk alone having any eatables with them. One monkey attacked us and tried to take a jute bag from our kid.

Had a good experience at the Lalit cafe. We ordered coffee and it was good. The service can be improved though, we were attended after a while (perhaps because it was just opening up). Overall, a fine cafe, in my opinion!

In Chaos, it's bliss. The people who have been to Kufri zoo area, they know the Chaos I am talking about l, specially in peak tourist season. This place will provide you with free and safe parking. The service staff is cordial, humble - both in the main premises and the small icecream CCD. Beware of monkeys, they have a great eye on you, as soon as you grab your food item and roam this beautiful place, monkey has already targeted you, and mishap will occur. Overall a must visit setup by the government. Peacefull. And well mentioned.

It was a nice place during my visit to Kufri , here we had lunch & relish every dish which we have ordered , The food is decent ... for the people who want to enjoy a drink this is the place... Everything is there like an ice cream parlour , gift shops , eatable shops nearby....

Lalit restaurant has gold food available within nominal rates. Also beautiful place to take pictures and kids play area as well. Outside is Lakkad Bazaar where you can purchase souvenirs and other stuff as well. Overall at a wonderful location and well maintained with good ambience.

Poor quality of hospitality. Overpriced food and beverages. Government should take action against such people. Gives a negative impression to tourists, not good for tourism. Cafe lalit owner fights with people who question about the arbitrary prices.

Surrounding location is awesome. But the views from this particular location aren't great.

Chinni Bunglow Restaurant Manager Mr. Pankaj was quite rude and arrogant about smoking and has no hospitality manners even when guest urged to smoke in parking of the premises even down below the lawn area. He rudely and abruptly asked to go out directly from hotel premises and smoke.Very poor...thought process of Manager moreover was wearing track suit and no official dress and hospitality as a Manager.
