Named wrongly as Chikkadevasandra lake on Google maps, this is actually called Devasandra Lake/kere. The lake has one of the beautiful tree covered walkway with west Indian cherry trees (gasagase) which form a nice tunnel in major stretches of the walkway, making it delightful to walk anytime of the day. The water quality is not great (looks green). Cormorants, Grebes, egrets, Herons etc can be found in the lake. There is also an outdoor gym and children's play area on one side of the lake.
Chikkadevasandra lake .. getting renovated.. looks beautiful with some birds and green around. very positive about it's completion and good maintenance in future. But you never know.. word of caution.. when rains, the connecting roads are very pathetic. Surrounded by slum dwellers locality. Please be careful about your belongings.. and avoid walking around at nights. Hope the locals living around the lake keeps surroundings clean.

Cool and pleasant place. Especially in the evening and slides, merry go round and some other things are there in the park for kids playing.

It's stinks of ammonia smell , they should take some measures to Clean the lake regularly
Park is maintained very well, good place to do running practice. Could be better if they provide drinking water facility.

A beautiful place which is clean and green. Walking path is wide throughout with regular sitting benches. There is play area, washroom, sitting benches with roof and excellent views of the water. You can find ducks and birds too.
