Had to stay for a 10 days, paid the amt, but had to propne to 1 week, amt was not returned, room filled with rat smell, washrooms and bedsheet dirty. Not a family one
Very worst, I booked room for 5 days in Oyo and I paid via phone pe when reached home they asked extra money total I paid 6500 Oyo gives offer but they asked 2700. I paid extra money but rooms are not good water is smelled like drainage water and room also smelled and not comfortable for family,some sounds and screaming are coming from another room,when I stayed one day i shift to another room with the help of Oyo customer care..not satisfied
They are not accepting the OYO booking price, they have some rules and regulations for the rooms booking and need more cost then OYO price, wrost experience
Rooms are good and bed is comfortable. Washrooms are clean. It is ok for short stays.
Almost always had a problem with running water and the flush didn't work properly. There was also a strong smell of alcohol outside my room. I was disappointed with the facility. The staff, however, are courteous and well mannered.
A hopeless place with very shabby facilities. Garbage all over the perimeter and water smelt like sewage. Staff didn't care for anything about guests' concerns.
Breakfast promised in the booking was summarily refused by the management. Very disappointing stay experience. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
People on reception are very rude and unprofessional. They refused to accommodate the group of three persons of odd gender on reaching the hotel even after booking was confirmed by Oyo They were literally forcing us to book separate rooms at rate of RS 2800
I can't understand why they're afraid and worried about local Police if you have valid papers.
Worst stay experience. The rooms are not well maintained with unhygienic bathroom. The staffs are not friendly. The lift and WiFi service do not work. The service water cannot be used for bathing purpose and is meant only for flush.
