I had never experienced the vibes of high mountain climbs.
But I got it when one of my friends suggested going there.
Living in the city, I had always been roaming the nearby city side but when I climb to the top it was an enchanting and unforgettable movement of my life.
The way they keep the view is great & fabulous.
Yes, I would suggest going there to see the Whole of Imphal, you will understand our state Manipur is surrounded by Hills.

You know I am always curious about finance, then when I return to the ground I read the signboard of How much the government spent to build Cheirao Ching roughly 1core & some lakhs but I never satisfied they way they handle the place.
There is no adequate washroom at the top.
There is two place at the of it to view the surrounding, at that place there is no proper way of handling stairs, exactly when I climb that top place me & my friends feel what if someone falls from the stairs as there are no handrails on that stairs, what if he/she becomes unconscious there no 911 here or emergency ambulance will not be in soon.
I ask myself Is 1core a cup of Chai price or a Bungalow of someone?

Refreshing & Healthy. Watch the sun rises dispersing the fog in the early morning. At the moment, only morning entry is allowed.
Can bring water bottle, but don't litter around. Keep them with you and make the surroundings clean.
Might experience dizziness, pain in the ear for first time climbers. It is normal & it will go away when you climb next time.
A must must visit place if you're in Manipur.

Cheirao Ching is a hill feature in the centre of Imphal which the young, the elders and the little ones climb to keep fit and have fun. The energy is so contagious that it just pushes you up the slopes. The little children race, the marathon runners practice their grind and the young boxers build their stamina. This place offers something for everyone.
In addition, the hill offers beautiful views of Imphal. Best resting place near Imphal city...
Went for the first time today and it's amazing.
If you don't do any physical exercise it gonna be tough but not impossible.

The view is amazing, the best view comes after the hardest climb.
One of the shortest hill to trek to in any evening to have a view of the setting sun. You get the view of Thangmeiband and a lot of places between Thangmeiband and Mantripukhri. I and my friends enjoyed an unplanned evening trek here last December.
