All in one place But the price range is exactly opposite of the shop name.
I want to give lower than this rating.. they are opposite what the name says.. Cheap and Best.. I went to buy (Laadi pav) loaf.. rest of place like Mulund, Bhandup and even poonam nagar.. the cost of one laadi pav is Rs.15/- (6 pav)... And here the price is Rs.24/- for the same (6 laadi pav).. guys don't fall for the name.. they are not cheap at all.. they are looting people.
Only if Powai is Mumbai. It's cheap only for people within Powai. If Powai is considered as part of Mumbai, then it's average on price and quality. Ghatkopar and vile parle markets may offer better price and products. Although it fulfills the supply and demand market scenario, I would suggest you visit and get products better than online and immediate purchase. No waiting time. But if you explore south Mumbai markets, then you may end up probably selling to these markets by only transporting from south Mumbai to Powai. Although, great place and weekend hangout for families wanted to eat and shop street food and markets.
