A small but a nice franchise. Ambience is nice and cozy, services offered were really good, staff was very nice, food in terms of taste and varieties were decent. Pricing is also good. Chai is so good there, earthy flavor makes it soo delicious, chai lover must visit there to enjoy a cup of tea with your friends and family, restaurant is bit small. Other than that all perfect.
Loaded fries quality was very cheap. They serve the cold and no added any toppings. If I complain to frenchie owner he said This is how it happens. Nothing is put in it just cheese is put only no mayonnaise and all. And tell my husband to keep madam quiet. women thinking.........

I ordered two chocolate chai and one plate corn masala sandwich from chai sutta bar located at Bahu Plaza , south block, shop no. 35 A, jammu 180012. The worker has taken the wrong order and when i told him that i have ordered only two chocolate chai and one masala corn sandwich the worker use to misbehave with me .I politely asked the worker about my order and he is continuously blaming me with a very rude tone. I then asked for a refund because they have deducted money from us and that was there mistake . I deemed this to be a reasonable request. However, the workers said it was not their problem and they told me that now you have to eat this , that is not our problem etc (with a very aggressive tone). I then spoke to the owner even he was very rude and he was continuously supporting his staff for this behaviour
Instead of normalising the situation he was also provoking his staff
I am not filing this complaint about the money, rather I am complaining about the service and the rude behaviour by your staff. I am appalled at this behaviour from the staff and I am disappointed that they did not have professionalism. I will also recommend my friends and my knowns that not to visit any branch of chai sutta bar from now on.

The food is good and the atmosphere inside the cafe is very much friendly. The staff is also very nice.
Awesome.. best cafe ever visit . Price of everything is reasonable It is a very good place for having a quality time with friends, family and loved ones ... The menu is very good with different choices of tea, coffee and pizza , burger, sandwiches, shakes etc. . The tea and coffee is served in kulhads. The quality and pricing is very very good. The Rose tea is amazing.... You can chill there anytime...
Amazing experience , everything is up to the mark, and must try their cold coffee I just loved it .
They just make normal tea and adds artificial flavours to them.Also waiting time is too high.Wont recommend.
