Typical Imphal cafe. Imphal with clouds is so beautiful that all you need is a rooftop amd some chairs to make your restaurant ready to go.
Snacks and tea. Food is alright. Portion size is small. Although i would suggest try Bora from roadside vendors.
Best thing for this place is ambience. Go during evening and you will get so many places to get a good picture.

An upscale rooftop restaurant at a throwaway price. It's a good place to taste local Manipuri snacks. The open air ambiance is relaxing, the evening sunset view is one of a kind. The place is usually full and lively. Some recommended cuisines include pork mixture, singju, bora, and red tea. The place is well decorated with festive lights and there is new food menu each week. Lots of value addition and upgrade taken place in the past 1 year.
