CH2 - Hotel in Srinagar - Srinagar, India

A room with no ventilation. I was given a room which has no window or ventilation. It was absolutely suffocating. By any chance any incident happens the person will get trapped. And on top of that if by any chance the electricity supply goes off, then, you won't be able to see anything. The staff is also rude and rigid. I asked for early check-in but they didn't not allow even one minute early before the actual check-in time. Never seen this type of attitude anywhere else. The hotel location is adjacent to a liquor shop makes it really unpleasant. Not recommended at all.

Location is ok Rooms are moderate service is ok too. BAR is charging excessively but if you seek being drunk & enjoy with your gf/bf its a perfect place where there's very less chance of being bothered un-necessarily. Plus,its safe to be there. security forces are there to keep you safe if you seek that.

A decent renovated 3 star hotel. The rooms are comfortable, and the washroom has modern gadgets. The shaving mirror is badly fixed though, as its too low. The restaurant food is decent, while their service is commendable.

Went there and the staff behavior was really very rude. The watchman and security guards act like they're the boss and the customers mean nothing to them. Hope the staff behavior would be better when i visit again there. Overall the goods quality and bargaining has to do nothing with the staff behavior. The quality was good. Cheers!

It is good to be with the property and facilities made by WORTHY Sir Sandeep Chathoo. Even we used only the Non smokers BAR, It was spectacular, the boys served me Beers it was marvelous and undoubtedly had a great experience there under the best treatment of AC's n all. 100 out of 100

Great location and amenities. The food was too good. Even with tight security we had a gala time there. Little hicuos for initial room handover but overall great experience.

Rooms are well maintained. Location has positives and negatives as it is a bit away from the Dal Lake but that too works good if you got plans to travel daily out of the city which could heavily bypass the traffic.

Calling this hotel a 4star or even 2star is a scam my review is mainly for the in-house bar and restaurant of the property the waiters there are chewing tobacco all day and don't give a damn about the service or even attending a customer that might be mainly because the cheap thugs and scammers hang around alas the staff treats all the same, you cannot have a drink from glass they are filthy the bartender if you are lucky is not playing with his nose with the bare hands he is pouring your drink with. Don't exaggerate, for the stars you have to be on that level atleast in terms of hygiene and service .
