Good initiative of Govt for Central service employee and retirees also. But there is a long waiting line which should be replaced by online system so that every patient visits at their time

The office of the Wellness Center for CGHS Central Government Health Scheme beneficiaries (employees and their family), located adjacent to Press Club Jammu. Entrance is from the main gate and from the backside of Jammu Haat building as well. Waiting rooms are present and facilities have improved over the months, Opens at 7 'o'clock in the morning Numbered tokens are provided by the counter and a digital display is installed in the waiting room to announce the number on turn Medications can be availed from the dispensary located in the building Waiting time can range from 30-50 minutes depending on the time you arrive Parking space is available for Cars and Two wheelers

For Sr. Citizens this centre is useless. I registered myself today on 6th of may 2023 at 8:20 AM and at 12 noon the doctor has yet to prescribe medicines. I have heart ailment with diabetes e and hypertension. Since 8:20 I am hungry but with single doctor to diagnose such a large population makes this centre simply a joke. Need urgent measures to cope up the rush of patients at the wetness centre.

Doctor care to patients, supply the medicine in time, behavior of Doctors and staff is Very good But accommodation to doctors is not sufficient Efforts should be made to have a permanent hospital as the area under this wellness center is large U can approach CPWD agency for construction I was also working in CPWD jammu

Only One doctor is available at the center and is non functional for the last one week as doctor is on leave. It is sort of torture for people especially elderly. Medicines shortage is a routine, have to visit at least twice to get indented medicines. At least two doctors are required to run this center or otherwise it is better to close it.

No facility, No resting hall for patients. Very small room for doctors. No AC installed in the room for patients. Drugs not readily available. Wellness center in dilapidated condition. Suggestions: There is only one centre in Jammu. Number of patients keep on increasing day after day. It is better to have four wellness centers in Jammu that too area wise. Referral should be simplified as per standing orders of government of India.

Totally failures.not able to supply prescribed medicines in critical diseases. No online booking .
