Century Courtyard - Hotel in Chennai - Chennai, India

I've stayed in Century Courtyard for 29 days. I've had a very pleasant experience here. True that it is a bit costly. But the rooms and services were satisfying to me. The managers are very good, behaviours are very good. The room services were good too, they cleaned our rooms everyday, and were helpful whenever we needed something. The place is also pretty good for people having reason of travel as treatment purposes. Didn't have a food option directly but there are several halal restaurants near it. If you are looking to minimize cost, this might not be the perfect one but if you're looking for amazing place to stay, cleanliness, safe, peace of mind, good service and comfort, this is the GO TO place, no doubt!

The rooms are fine. The 2 single beds room is not for family. Somehow that was the only one showing in the site. The one double and one single is a good decent size room. Towels were really old and blackened. Could not use them at all. Stayed there for 1 night. Food service is unavailable so plan accordingly. Overall 3.5/5

Room is good, payment cash only, location is perfect, Foods, street foods, transport (auto) all available just nearby @24 hrs. Room cleaning service good, 2 bottle water everyday, no breakfast or tea given, lift is ok . Ac condition good. Washroom is clean and perfect... Auto will take 50 rupees (it's minimum for any auto).. bike accessories shop, super shop available within 0.5 kilometres..

This is the worst Hotel I ever booked in Chennai, I wish I read reviews fully and did my due-diligence before booking it, my bad. The name is kinda deceiving as it sounds like "Courtyard by Marriott". I thought as per the name Courtyard sounds, this Hotel is the best place to stay a night and I recently booked this hotel via "Priceline" for my parents as they have US visiting visa interview at the US Consulate nearby. The whole point of booking this hotel is of two reasons, one, it is very close to US consulate and two, it claims that they provide free breakfast in different third party sites such as Priceline, booking. com and Expedia. However, the biggest bummer is that they don't have PARKING! My parents travelled so far and now don't know where to park after reaching hotel at 9 PM. But, luckily our driver volunteered to park at nearby railway station's paid parking and sleepover at his friends place. The hotel location is not at all good at it was showing in the pictures and although the rooms looks good, bedsheets are very unclean with yellow spot marks. Again luckily, our parents took their own bedsheets with them, but imagine if they don't have their bedsheets.. another Bummer! The staff is very disrespectful, absolutely not friendly and rude, they not even provided any proper information. Not sure if they hired bunch of scumbags to be in their front desk and thats how it seems like. If this is how they operate their hotel, it will eventually end up in utter loss and will lose reputation of being in the hospitality industry.

Room was good enough. Expected a lot more for a business hotel. Toiletries were provided. The hotel is close to Apollo hospital and US consulate. For a night's stay this hotel is more than good enough. Lot of hotels nearby . Parking is an issue as this in the city centre

Very rude stuff. The vehicle service is terrible. They don't use placard. Instead the driver will look for you with your picture. This is the most stupidest process i've ever witnessed. Did not provide tissues, sandles or any other amenities. The price is not worth the service.

It's very near place from US Consulate Chennai. Very convenient place in the city. 2 years old property. No restaurant is available, and no breakfast service is available. The room is decent to stay with family. Recommended

Location is very busy area nearby lot of veg and non veg restaurant ,near by US Consulate 400 m here to Apollo Hospital
