Centurion Inn - Hotel in Pune - Pune, India

Located in Shivajinagar. Rooms are good for the price you pay. The staff are friendly. Food is good but breakfast buffet could be slightly better, as options were limited.

Worst experience ever, reception person Shubham Mate asked for extra money in the name of early check-in, that too on personal account instead of hotel. I reached the hotel at 6:30 am but receptionist asked me to wait till 9:00 or 9:30 but once this Shubham came he said rooms are not available and if you want immediately then you have to pay early check-in changes. I didn't had any other options so I paid 500 Rs. to him on this personal account. From another guest he had already extorted a hefty amount of 1600 Rs. This is unjustified and very unethical practice. A travel agency and the owner of hotels should take stringent actions in such a case. I have attached payment transfer details for reference, check in was provided after I did payment of 500 Rs. at 9:24 Am.

Found very pleasant hotel have a dedicated all overall staff. The help was very Swift. I guess when ever I travel pune again my choice will be same hotel..

Room is average. Pillow was not much comfortable. Ac is very old and sometimes it stops working. Telephone was not available to call reception or restaurant. Restaurant food was good. Hot water available 24x7. Getting complimentary water bottle 1Ltr.

I am Maya from Malaysia, I had book 9 rooms , once reach we waiting for 1 hour we didn't get key,in the room there is no power , waiting another 1/2 hour , food was late and morning there was no water in the bathroom . We got very bad experience. Next time we won't book this hotel .

The hotel is located at a quite neighborhood and is easily accessible from the main city. The stay was pleasant with delicious breakfast especially tea and coffee. The rooms are spacious and having proper ventilation. Slight improvement can be done with respect to maintenance of the property. Overall, a decent budget stay !! The sumptuous breakfast in the morning.

Hotel has plush exteriors, rooms are good with normal facilities and AC and they have an in- house restaurant which serve tasty breakfast and other lunch dinner dishes. Location is convenient for those who have work to attend near Shivajinagar Or Deccan area.Limited parking available. Overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel seems understaffed. Rooms are not proper. The washrooms have mosquitoes and not well maintained. The set top box of TV is poorly placed. They don't provide tea coffee maker in room. Only good thing is location.
