Central Hill Resort The Mall Road Gangtok - Hotel in Gangtok - East District, India

Rooms,service and location are superb. Another thing that the receptionist Alisha was so sweet to handle the customers. Her smile itself was enough to create a good atmosphere. People like her should be the face of the hotel and tourists . She truly deserves a lot from the management. Stay was good, right at the centre of the city. Hotel price was affordable, very clean and well behaved staff. Will definitely recommend other to stay here.

Lift is not working, Breakfast not given, I booked for 3 days and never had my breakfast pn time whenever I came for my breakfast they are saying either it's not ready yet or the breakfast is over. I booked a suite (Club) room but the rooms they are given that is totally different from the picture. No carpet is there, towels are dirty, bedsheet not clean, blanket not given, overall not a very good experience.

Wonderful hotel and awesome services. View from roof top is too good. They maintain hygiene and kept the place vibrant with loads of plants. Tibet style lobby gives good ambience. Very reasonable pricing. Walkable distance from MG road. Must visit with family.

We stayed there for 3 nights and we got terrible experience day by day. Room service was pathetic. Though staff spoke politely but very unprofessional. We had to asked three times for room service and after asking for the fourth they came to the room and still didn't cleaned the room properly. On the last day of our stay, there was no water supply to our room and we had to leave the hotel without bathing. The only positive thing was the location of the hotel which is situated just five minutes walk from main gangtok market. So though the stay was cheaper than other hotels in main Gangtok but not at all value for money.

The place is very good and the location is the USP of this whole hotel And plus the working staff is very kind and helpful in nature and Aalishna was very kind and help and she also provided me sweets at the end That was very sweet and heart touching .

Very nice resort....I am very much satisfied and pleased to stay at this hotel with my family. I must recommend to my students and my other relatives for staying in Gangtok at this Hotel positively. Every staff including the Kitchen staff...are all very friendly and cordial.....very helpful. Even the House keeping staffs are also very good and neat and clean. It was clean , stylish,roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner food was good ... 5.0 Rs ( based on Average Nightly Nightly Rates for a standard room from Our partners) and roof top was to good and nice view with partner Review by central Hill resort

We stayed in this property for couple of days it's in the prime location of the city and Alishna in the front desk was very helpful as helped us prepone the room booking and also helped us with good premium rooms. Though their restaurant is not great with very minimal food menu but have good restaurants around the property. Thanks Alishna and team for making our trip memorable
