pathetic service, doctor does operation and then they make you sit for 4-5 hours just for follow on check-up, why? because they want to check new patients and earn more money, and we have already paid money so our time is of no value now. i would suggest you keep aside the whole day if you are coming here even for a minor procedure.

tl;dr : Staff is not hospitable, very inefficient. Affordable packages BUT poor hygiene standards and little to no maintenance of the property. Detailed review : A family member recently underwent Cataract surgery here. We initially went for a consultation at the Sapna Sangeeta branch, but I was not very satisfied with the infrastructure over there. Also they said that we anyways need to visit this Vijay Nagar branch for some measurements, so we decided to get the operation done here itself. I've mentioned some the aspects based on my experience : --> Staff : Firstly, there's this guy named 'Naveen'. He is the most annoying and unprofessional person I've ever come across in any hospital. After the surgery, he asked for my mobile phone, and said that he must write a review of this CFS branch as part of 'the process'. As stupid as it sounds, he was actually adamant about it, even when I refused straight away. An elderly couple who were seated in a row behind us couldn't really argue with him and they gave him their phone. If you see the reviews you'll find his name (Naveen) mentioned randomly in a lot of reviews. Stupid and scary at the same time! Also most of the staff seemed to be annoyed with something all the time. Example, after the surgery was done, I went to the main reception (also where the billing happens) to get an update regarding the insurance settlement, because I had already received a confirmation from the insurance company regarding the same. The lady at the reception rudely said that I shouldn't be bothering her and that I must wait until they send someone to call me. Now, almost 4 hours had gone by after the surgery, and I had received the settlement confirmation 1 hour ago. Even if we ignore the waiting time for processing the insurance at their end, how is this behavior justified ? --> Infrastructure : The hospital premises were not in the best shape. There was this room with half a dozen recliners, probably for patients who had come from surgery to be comfortable, but all the recliners were so damn worn out and dirty. The bathrooms were horrible and the lift was filled with dust mites. I hope that CFS takes note of this review and ensure that these 2 basic aspects are improved ASAP.

Dr. Avinash Bagzai : As a doctor he is very good men and his nature is very amazing his we liked his communication way . And also the staff of Hospital is great Either they are men or women In my writtness this hospital is amazing.... I think if any patient have any problem related to eye should visit here. Mr. Naveen and Koushalya his/ her nature is good and also carefully about all the patients

Visited for my son as he was having Eye irritation and redness , got the appointment immediately,Dr Prateek took his case , firstly assistant checked if my son having any power , after that Dr pratyek checked his eyes , described us the issue and prescribed the medicines , will update my review once my son is cured.

Dr. Sourabh Maheshi is the best doctor I found in the city . My mother have done cataract operation for both eyes. Dr. Sir is very cooperative and humble by nature. During entire treatment we received very good and positive care by the hospital staff. The hospital is very good in all aspects. I also recommend the hospital for all eye related problems. I Had three appointments at this location till now and each of the time it was pleasant. The receptionist in the front is so polite and accommodating and the doctor is so good with his work and in nature. I had never waited for more than 10 minutes after appointment to be seen by the doctor. I've even had a eye surgery here and it went good *Feedback taken from Mr Navin OPD Assistant

I visited Centre for sight, Vijaynagar and consulted Dr. Prateek Tiwari Sir . I felt contented by his response , behaviour and appropriate guidance. He listened to my queries very patiently and answered them. Staff including Mr. Naveen was also supportive.

Dr. Saurabh Maheshwari conducted cataract surgery for right eye of my mother. He is very humble gentleman personality and very professionally very sound in his job. The surgery went very smooth and post operation also now my mother is very fine in terms of vision and all staff and facility of Centre for sight team is also very humble very well supported us on all matters.
