CEDAR HOTEL - Hotel in Dimapur - Dimapur, India

Worst Hotel Experience in my life. I wanted to give negative points but its mot there one star is also too much for them. I am regular traveller never have I been Humiliated so badly by any hotel. I booked a a room at this hotel but when I reached at 4 am in the morning the hotel receptionist said no non AC rooms available, I need to take AC rooms How can that be possible when i have a room booked at my name.They did not even check my Booking when ai showed them. Infact not interested in knowing that i Have a booking done they were insisting to take a new booking. Secondly they said they cannot let me check in as i Booked a room on 23rd November and i have arrived at 24th November at 4 am. What kind of policy is this when i have already made payments i am eligible to check in at anytime within 24hours and i had time till 12 noon of 24th November to check out. These hotel people left me stranded outside at 4am. Also i am never recommending this hotel to anyone. I think the owner is Shameless person with greed only.

We stayed a week in this hotel and found very good with spacious room, neat and clean and clean toilets. Reception staffs are extremely helpful with good co operation. Food available in this hotel is very hyginic and tasty. They give good service. Over all all the staffs are helpful especially Reception staff. And I will definitely want to stay here in my next visit too.

My choice of hotel for everytime I visit Dimapur... Food is good.. but can have room for extra amenities as travels often lack those And definitely AC is getting old. Overall price is Ok considering other Hotel prices.

AC was not working. We informed the front desk about it, they came and said it should start working but nothing happened. We had to call the in-house restaurant multiple time as it was always busy. And even if they call back, it was more of a miss call.

Ok review time. Good thing about the Hotel is that the rooms are spacious clean and yes the room service is very good and quick But if we talk about the negative side than there are no complimentary water nor breakfast for room guest and if we talk about the washroom than only soap is provided and nothing else, Tv in the room are just for show no recharge nor the WIFI is working. And when I asked is the Breakfast complimentary then from the other side said yes and when I was about to check out they said I have to pay for the breakfast too and said even my paid Bill's were also not punch in the system so it's really confusing seriously.. Draw back:need to work on management as well as Service it was my 1st time visit but literally not satisfied might be the last as well anyways Thankyou

Rooms are well maintained and clean, services are the best part of this hotel.i also like to add the staffs are well behaved and helpful, specially the reception staffs are very friendly. I would like to stay here in future.
