Had a really poor experienced with the sales person ( Basith ). however, he is telling all the fabricated details and fake story's about the cars and he didn't even no how to do the things properly and making explaining false information by selling the car. actually I didn't understand how the company still keeps these kind of persons for sales job. his attitude makes the company name extremely bad and if we say some complaint he cant even hear it properly he just saying if you want to take take it or else leave it The management should act properly to clear these kind of issues because if its happens to more people it will affect you're company name I hope there will be better changes next time.

Had the worst ever experience in my life from a salesman named Mr Basith. He doesn't know the actual details of the cars, he kept saying fabricated stories and lies and he didn't even no how to do the things properly and keeps on saying false information for selling the car. I don't understand why the company still keeps these kind of persons for sales job. His behaviour ifself makes the company's name worthless to customers and if we complaint he won't even hear it properly and instead just keep saying "if you want to take take it or else leave it". The management should act properly to rectify these kind of issues because if it happens to more people it will affect your company's goofwill and people will lose trust in your company. As a customer I'd shop from somewhere else where unequipped employees like Mr Basith won't be hired.

An extremely bad experience happen with tv wayand sales man (BASITH )and his manger , what ever the mistakes done by sales man the manager just supporting him and hiding everything it's not a good manner to treat customer kindly take proper action to the manger and sales man and also teach them how to behave mannerly For Indus officials if you need to know more about costumer feedback kindly sort out these people's sales reports and just call the customers one bye one Those who interested to buy cars from Tv wayand check the car with a good workshop and take it These two peoples ruin a few good people's names too Kindly note : I'm not saying these to entire Indus tv wayand it's bcz of these 2 (BASITH& MANGER)peoples specially the manger and his sales man Expect these two all are good and polite extremely good behaviour

Few days before I have called your sales man his name is BASITH and and Speak to him his behaviour is extremely bad and arrogant and one's we start complaining he is telling as if you want take the car it's like that we are not responsible for after sales complaints and he is using bad words and shouting to me It's seems like he is just giving the car free These kind of attitudes show the company how they going to treat the costumers Highly recommend to those who reads this review please don't contact Basith for sales enquiry's he it's the worst and bad person on that office as my personal experience

One of the bad sales man...Basith or something I donno his name.. Donno how to treat his customer...Is he ur employee .. Teach him how to talk to customers properly .. Very very bad feeling ashamed to be ur customer
