Great Investment and worth buying in this location, the market valve will definitely appreciate soon. The amenities provided in CG Athens is really wonderful, it is such a luxurious sports themed apartment in chennai. The price is reasonable in this location for the amenities, modern accessories and branded materials installed in the flat. The customer service is very kind and responsible. Expecting the delivery as assured.

Under construction and the construction is happening at rapid pace. Booked an apartment in Jan22 and now almost 11 floors are constructed. Prime location which is near to industrial estate.

Please respect the time and value we invest in Casagrand. People are investing their hard earned money in Casagrand. In return, please respect customer call and give minimum respect. Way CRM team representing customers/answering queries are really annoying.

Quality of the houses are not good...Surrounded by industries...you will get chemical and gas smell most of the time and there is a large garbabe dump yard which will burn during summer heat. Poluuted area,pls avoid this.

Very worst customer service. Don't have the basic knowledge that placing main door frame during the month Aadi is not auspicious. Very poor customer care service also. Please don't book in Casagrand. It was a very nice project from CG. Am happy to be a part of it. The Location was nice and the costing also was good. Customer service was very good.

Kindly kindly please don't go with this builder. Take my advice and make a U turn. I didn't had anyone to advise me. Am stuck, because I took false promises from CasaGrand. They will confuse you with multiple teams so they can blame each other but end of the day you realise they are one gang who are very clear in what they are doing.
